We had the good fortune of connecting with Xander and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Xander, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
Music is what keeps me going! It’s the lifeblood of my work and I try to incorporate as much as I possibly can… hence why I choose to work with music artists. I also really like tea.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a professional photographer who specializes in shooting medium format! I’ve been doing this for about 2 years now and I’m just now seeing some sort of slight recognition for it. It definitely wasn’t easy getting here… a lot of sleeping on couches & sacrificing food to afford film! I’m still very far from where I want to be artistically so I have a feeling that I’ll have to go through a lot more in order to get there. The world will know Rich Mom, or Xan, or whatever you want to call me, I don’t have a preference.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We’d probably just get some bikes & ride around time while listening to Beabadoobee! Neither of us like spending money so we could just walk around the city the entire time & it’d be fun.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
@wormdiet on IG is my bro! We’ve been through near literally everything together. That time we just casually went to Trippie Redd’s place is still one of my favorite memories.
