We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Manswell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victoria, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is actively listening to my clients needs and wants and working together to achieve their desired look.

 

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I attended Paul Mitchell for my Master Cosmetology license back in 2018. While in school I took an interest in Individual Lash extensions, as it was becoming very popular in the industry. I’m glad I did. In the beginning is was tremendously hard. I want to give up a couple times, but by the grace of God and my supportive family I pushed through. The main lesson I learned along this journey is to never give up and never stop being a student. There is always room for improvement and growth. One thing I want the world to know about my brand and story is that it is unique, just like each individual client. I strive for individuality and customization with every eyelash set I do. No one size fits all.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had a friend in town for a week long trip the area I would take them to is Alpharetta. Growing up in the John’s Creek/ Alpharetta area for almost 20 years, there are so many fun exciting thing to do here. I would start with and amazing brunch at Up on the Roof in downtown alpharetta, then probably walk around and shop at the Avalon of course . For some outdoors fun I would go to the Jones Bridge park and hangout by the river there. I would probably end the night at Ray on the River for a nice steak.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to give credit to my family. I want to give credit to my mother for believing me and standing behind me with every crazy entrepreneurial idea I’ve had. I would also love to give credit to my two brother for always supporting me and encouraging me to keep going despite the odds.
