Hi TYESHA, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The absolute most important factor behind my success is my 3 children Tyler, Racquel and RJ. I grind and go hard because if I fail they will feel the results of my failure.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am founder and CEO of Opulent Living Realty Group. Being licensed in multiple states Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and California downloading our goal is to offer every client an Opulent Real Estate experience no matter what price point they fall into. The thing that I’m most proud of and excited about is having the courage to pick up from Florida to move to Georgia to build my real estate brand. I moved here by FAITH with no real estate license. Now fast forward I’m a Real Estate Broker that’s looking forward to building up other agents to be superstars in this industry. The way I got to where I am today is through consistency it was not easy I’ve fell a few times but I always got back up. The lessons I’ve learned along the way is to drive with your passion and not with the money goal and to be transparent and authentic. What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that it’s okay to be your own type of Opulence and we are here to help you along the way.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
So if anyone know me they know that I love everything top shelf and first class. So my best friend will be treated like Opulence which would include a private driver, a private chef, and we can’t leave out a nice spa day. We would sip on a nice smokey old fashioned, some champagne, and/or a hand picked splendid selection of red win. The food selection would definitely include seafood and steak so lets just say surf and turf. Our wind down moment would be smoking on some hookah will vibing to some good Neo-soul or Afro beats music.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In this game of business we all know that coaching and mentorship is a must and I want to thank my mentor and brother Damon Penn form Florida for giving me the tools to propel into the Rockstar agent that I am today. Also although I have yet to meet him face to face Eric Thomas you truly inspire me. Monday I grind, Tuesday I grind……….
