We had the good fortune of connecting with Tuvache Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tuvache, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor to our success is consistency. Being intentional about your brand at all times.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I began my professional journey many years ago in retail. Which provided me the opportunity to interact with different individuals throughout the community. As time move along, management opportunities to advance were presented. This skill allowed me to enhance my peer to peer, and upper management communication skills. I believe that anything worth having has it’s challenges and definitely does not come with ease. However, as I continue to move forward in my retail career it opened my eyes to business ownership. Which I have had the opportunity to own a private home care business in the past. Having the private home care business, also helped me identify how passionate I was to helping others. Currently, I am a co-owner of Bottled Treasures premium olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting boutique. We believe that providing our customers with quality products, detailed education on the products and excellent customer service is what sets us apart from similar merchants. I strongly give credit to my retail career for where I am today.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
As a Georgia native particularly Atlanta, there are several attractions to visit such as The High Museum of Arts, Six Flags Over Georgia, or visiting the Helen Georgia depending on the time of year as the season changes. Atlanta is a city that has many variations of cultures. So, to give an example of a week long itinerary I would definitely want to include Mediterranean style food such as lamb dishes and soul food such as fried chicken, collard greens, and candid yams. Atlanta is also known for music over-all, but a jazz festival is definitely an activity I would want include.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My shout out series recognizes my mother Ms. Patricia Heggs who was the first person to believe that I could become a business owner. She was also heavily involved in starting this business as a 3rd partner until she passed away. My Pastor Dr. Terrance Gattis and my 1st Lady Dr. Elaine Gattis were and still are very supportive in this business journey. My business partner Mrs. Cindy Williams is also a very important piece to this whole story. She was asked to step onto this train ride and she accepted. My father was also my personal supporter on a daily basis before he passed away. And, lastly my husband I want to thank him for constantly telling me you got this. And, no matter how challenging life gets keep the faith, keep pressing forward and this to shall pass.
