Hi Tracey (Caramel), why did you pursue a creative career?
I chose to pursue an artistic / creative career because that’s what I’ve always saw myself doing. Anytime the opportunity came to perform I’ve always jumped at it and truly excelled. I’ve always been a performer whether it’s singing, dancing, now into modeling, acting, and an event producing. The type events I produce range all the way from birthday parties, night clubs, college events, even up to corporate events, fashion shows, and every type of event in between. I can’t stop here! It’s only the beginning…

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Art is limitless and so are we. Just because you are focusing on one art doesn’t mean you can’t do multiple artistic things. I can say what sets me apart from most others is the drive to do what I love and the ability to control one’s self and emotions throughout the process. It is not an easy journey and I’m not quite yet where I want to be but that only means I’ll keep striving for what’s best. One lesson I learned is to NEVER care what anyone thinks and continue doing what makes you happy because there will always be an audience for something somewhere somehow someway.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I were to bring a friend to the area I would most definitely suggest going to Cascades, I may not be a professional skater but it’s never a dull moment ! But other than that, I’d be looking for a Golden Runway Tour event ! We’d eat whatever the chef makes that day, drink a little at the bars, watch a great show and meet amazing people along the way.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to give a shoutout to my company Golden Runway Tour, (international fashion event company) my business partner Prince Fisher designer of “The Royal Prin”, our coordinators, artists, models, our sponsors especially, and everyone who had a part in making season 1 of GRT a success ! We are back for season 2 and only getting bigger and better ! Jan. 3rd – 5th get ready ATL, here we come !
