We had the good fortune of connecting with Tony Hunter and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tony, other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success?
The most important thing I done was to not break when things got tough. You have to trust and believe that if you are putting in the work everyday that good things would happen.
And eventually you would start to see positive results.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me a part is offering my couples the ability to do same day elopements, fair pricing, offering free wedding planning advice, dependability and always maintaining a professional demeanor.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A few of my favorite places to advice people visiting the city to experience would be the Ponce City Market, Atlantic Station, The New Under Ground and Little 5 Points. All are great places to hang out, eat, drink, shop and have fun. These places are the heart of the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
8 years ago I went to my first wedding as a guest. I had never thought about being an Officiant before. After witnessing the wedding ceremony and how masterful the Officiant conducted the ceremony, it instantly made me want to Officiate weddings. I was inspired and learned everything I could get my hands on about the industry. I now do over 300 wedding per year.
