We had the good fortune of connecting with Tina Billy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tina, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is Jesus Christ. I would not be where I am without the assurance and guidance of Jesus. Without faith I would have never stepped into the unknown to start my own business and build a consistent clientele. Success is a relative term, everyone defines it differently. To me it’s having peace of mind, health in all aspects of life-mental, physical & spiritual. It’s having a deep knowing that regardless of whatever circumstances I face, God uses it all for my good because I love Him and am walking within His purpose. My brand is merely a reflection of God’s love in a tangible way. I help people make some of the most crucial financial decisions of their lives while imparting patience, faith, kindness and peace throughout the process. It’s like taking down goliath with only a pebble. God makes it happen, I simply move with confidence knowing He will.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am proud to say majority of my business comes from referrals. It’s always a joy when someone refers their friend or family to me to help them start their home investment journey. It shows me that my clients trust me and are happy with the way they were treated throughout their process. There is no greater compliment than a referral. Its keeps me in business and allows me to keep doing what I love. One of the greatest challenges initially was learning how to be the anchor for my clients. Emotions run high and people get very anxious when making such large investments. It’s important to not ride the roller coaster of emotions with them, but to anchor them with my expertise and help them trust the process. I’d like to say mastering this concept has contributed to my client’s positive experience & encouraged them to refer me to their friends and family!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well we would first start with visiting my favorite cafe in the city, Momonoki Cafe on 8th street. They have the best Japanese matcha and custom pastries. We can walk the city and just take a breather, sight seeing. The next stop is Delbar in Inman Park for the best Persian food in Atlanta. After we eat, we will get on scooters and hit the beltline and talk to random people and just enjoy the day. At night we can vibe at one of the many rooftop lounges overlooking the city, enjoying good people and music.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband is my biggest supporter. He encourages me when I need motivation. He reminds me of how capable I am to make things happen when I inevitably face obstacles. He takes all my branding photos and handles the graphics for my social media. I know he saw my potential early in our relationship and he’s played a huge role in helping cultivate that potential & allowing me to shine my light. My family also deserves recognition for how they support me in not only referring me to their friends, but praying for me and making sure I know how proud they are of who I have become.
