Hi Tiffany, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
That’s simple I have a passion for cooking. I have a deep love for culinary creations & I want to share that with as many as people as I can. I also knew that being an entrepreneur would allow me to complete creative freedom.
Through the process I would be building and managing a business, which can lead to significant professional and personal growth. Of course the potential to earn more than a salary by building a successful business.

Tiffany Williams, the CEO and Chef of Taste Tiff’s Catering LLC, embarked on her journey as a business owner as a means to give herself a second chance in life. Despite facing challenges and obstacles in her past, she recognized that entrepreneurship was her path to financial independence. With a deep-rooted passion for food and a desire to explore diverse culinary experiences, Tiffany established her own business, which has thrived for over a decade without ever having to close its doors or seek employment elsewhere. In addition to her successful catering enterprise, Tiffany has also leveraged her expertise to contribute to the opening of three restaurants and provided valuable consulting services to numerous establishments, assisting in menu development and standard operating procedures. Her unwavering commitment to creating exceptional culinary experiences for her clients has been the driving force behind her enduring success in the industry.The company’s success may be closely tied to Chef Tiffany’s skills and expertise. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The Metro Detroit area has plenty gems to explore. We would stay at the Godfrey Hotel or Cambria both have great restaurants & rooftop views of the city. Some of my favorite spots to eat are for breakfast or brunch are the Breakfast Club, Bobcat Bonnie’s, &:Hudson Cafe. For lunch or dinner stops we would stop The Eagle, Checkers Bar & Grill, Hamiltons, The Statler, & Parc. A day to night city fun would be visiting the riverwalk, a boat trip on the tikis, drinks, food, photo ops, & art along The Skip. We would visit some museum like the DIA, MoCAD, Motown Museum. Take a tour of downtown visiting sports arenas like Comerica Park, music venues like the Aretha Franklin, or comedy clubs like Detroit Comedy Club. There’s so much to do here.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First God for I have been able to all things through Him. I know that sounds very churchy but it’s very true for me. My Pastor Welton Smith, my church home, & community has various impact on my business. From support, accountability, & guidance. My bestfriend Nakira Howard who specializes in event decor, her company is Kreative Events. She’s always been both my inspiration and motivation throughout my career. Providing me with opportunities, knowledge, & skills to benefit myself & the company.
