We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany S. Carter and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany S., we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process, behind developing a company, was to give others an opportunity. I wanted to leave a legacy for my family, the way I seen fit was to establish a family business. A business, that I could pass on to the next generation, but also one that can stand in my absence. The final thing, I considered while starting my own business, is that I was building on the things I’m passionate about, which in return allowed me to buy back my time.
What should our readers know about your business?
I’m the owner of Diversified Marketing and Consulting Group LLC, #1 Best-selling author of “Broken 7 Steps to Healing while Grieving”, co-author “Forged by Fire: Built God Tough” the host for Tiffany Talks Podcast-Real Conversations, & motivational speaker. Diversified Marketing & Consulting Group LLC provides services for companies who want to increase their company profits or client retention, through business & marketing coaching. It’s our job to show companies how this can be obtained through proven marketing strategies. My company also provides personal and team business coaching. The thing I’m known for is sales, and I’ve become an expert in this industry.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my friend came to visit, I would first take them to a museum, I love museums. Atlanta has a variety of history, that can be explored, from MLK center, to auburn street, or you can get cooled down from the CoCa-Cola museum. If kids are involved, the Ga. AQquarium ,Six Flags, Fernbank, the Art Muaeum, and you have to check out the selfie museum. I love Atlanta local restaurants, the variety, that the city offers. I would suggest Flying Biscuit, The Tropical Carribean, Six Feet under and so many rooftop restaurants to name, but it gives a great scenery of the city, while dining.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I wanted to dedicate my shoutout to God first, booking manager Cheryl Monroe for all your support, CK management, my daughters Kyla & Maya, & my Parents, Andre Carter (RIP) , Janice Carter. The city of Atlanta, Ga. that’s where my hustle was born. My “Tiffany Talks Podcast” supporters. My sisters from “Forged by The Fire: Built God Tough”. All my friends and family, without your support, none of this will be possible.
