We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Henry and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, what inspires you?
My Granny: She was a great beloved woman. She taught me how to respect people and to fear God, to love my family. Addie taught me how to be a leader ,and hard work, and that doing right always trumps nepotism and friendships in order to be successful. Life has obstacles and perseverance is key.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

My name is Tiffany Henry I’m a real estate agent for the Birmingham and greater Birmingham area. I am a proud graduate of Shaw University with a degree in Business Administration and Management. I am Realtor with Exp Realty HomeServices Randall Properties Group. I am also the owner of Bu2ful Distrakshn Collection.
I specialize in investment properties, I cover all aspects flips, and renting. I love finding neighborhoods that are up and coming.

I am most proud of teaching the younger generation about homeownership and teaching my daughter at a young age about investing in real estate. I care about giving back to the next generation of leaders. I have a strong passion for personal and professional development.

I had a vision and desire to create I stayed dedicated to the process of becoming a better version of myself. Success only comes through action.I started to build a great team with character and values.
The road was a tough winding one with several obstacles. I almost gave up on my dream of being a realtor but the support and love of my family kept me going.

Life is a learning process. Taking action is critical working towards your goals and making plans for the future of commendable. You don’t need everyone to agree with you or even like you. Other people cannot give you the validation you seek. Health is an invaluable treasure always.

I was determined to become my own brand while offering services such as home staging, I am also the owner of Bu2ful Distrakshn Collection that specialize in Boss women apparel to empower women. I’m currently located in Hoover Alabama, which is close to the downtown Birmingham area.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Top golf because its all inclusive which includes great food great fun family atmosphere and games. I would recommend Texas de Brazil the cuisine is to die for. The Collins Bar has great drinks they are located downtown Birmingham. Great decor bartenders can whip up any drink you like.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband being supportive, caring understanding, and being a calm to me when I was overwhelmed. Durning the beginning of my journey he encourage me and believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself.
