Hi Tiffany, how do you think about risk?
**Risk taking** has been an integral part of my journey, both personally and professionally. I view risks as opportunities for growth and innovation. When I founded Glow Beaute, I was inspired by the idea of taking the path less traveled, seeking something new and exciting to challenge my current skill set.

Prior to this venture, I found myself at a crossroads. After experiencing the loss of my grandmothers within a week of each other, navigating a failed relationship, and recovering from a knee injury sustained during my cheerleading days, I realized the need for change. This led me to Jackson State, where I encountered friends who encouraged me to explore new environments and avenues for personal and professional development.

The decision to move to Las Vegas—a city I had never visited—was a leap of faith. I embraced the uncertainty with the expectation of growth. My time in Vegas was undoubtedly enriching, offering invaluable lessons that have shaped my approach to business. I learned the importance of building strong social networks, honing my craft, and embracing diversity in both people and experiences.

This experience was the catalyst for the creation of Glow Beaute. While the brand emerged during a period of self-discovery, the decision to move to Las Vegas stands out as a pivotal risk that has profoundly influenced my career. It opened doors to fulfilling experiences and allowed me to evolve as a makeup artist.

What sets Glow Beaute apart is its essence of celebrating individuality and uniqueness. I want my clients to feel not only beautiful but also comfortable in embracing what makes them distinctively themselves. Every face tells a story, and I strive to enhance and celebrate those unique qualities through makeup artistry.

I take immense pride in curating experiences that go beyond just makeup application. At Glow Beaute, it’s about creating an atmosphere of positivity, where clients feel at ease and catered to. I love being able to customize each experience, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with the client’s vision and personality.

My journey into the world of beauty and makeup artistry was an unexpected but incredibly rewarding one. Having always been a creative soul, I found my calling in makeup artistry after an unfortunate event that ended my athletic career. I decided to face the challenges head-on, using them as stepping stones toward growth and success.

The path to where I am today was not without its challenges. Through this journey, I’ve learned the importance of resilience and adaptability. Every obstacle became an opportunity for learning and personal development. I learned to navigate the intricacies of the industry, honing my skills while also discovering the business side of beauty. We kick off our week of adventure with the epitome of relaxation at a luxurious day spa nestled in Buckhead. After unwinding to the fullest, we’ll catch up over delectable bites and crafted cocktails at the stylish STK during happy hour, setting the tone for an incredible week ahead.

Tuesday: Scent-sational Experiences
Today, we’re exploring the art of perfumery with a class at @litbylecreme, immersing ourselves in the world of bespoke scents. Lunchtime calls for a flavorful stop at Slutty Vegan, followed by an evening of sophisticated vibes at Fins & Feathers, where Atlanta’s essence comes alive in every sip and conversation.

Wednesday: Downtown Discovery
Downtown Atlanta beckons with its artistic allure and iconic landmarks. We’ll spend the day wandering through captivating museums, soaking in the vibrant street art, and perhaps taking a thrilling ride on the SkyView Ferris wheel as the city skyline glows against the evening skyline

Thursday: Shop ‘Til We Drop
It’s time to unleash our inner fashionistas with a spree at Lenox and The Shops at Buckhead, curating the perfect looks for our upcoming escapades. As the sun sets, we’ll indulge in the tantalizing flavors of Rock Steady, savoring every bite of their renowned BERBERE LAMB CHOPS.

Friday: Picnic Paradise
A leisurely day calls for a picturesque picnic at Ponce City Market, where we’ll soak up the sun and enjoy the lively atmosphere. As night falls, we’ll venture into the hidden world of The Speakeasy lounge for a glamorous prelude to an unforgettable evening ahead.

Saturday: Chill Vibes and Nighttime Thrills
Embracing laid-back vibes, we’ll spend the day basking in the eclectic energy of Ponce City, exploring its charming boutiques and eateries. As night descends, it’s all about the lively beats and vibrant ambiance of Teranga City, where the city’s pulse becomes our rhythm for the night.

Sunday: Brunch Extravaganza
Our grand finale awaits with a sumptuous brunch at Barney’s, a true Atlanta gem offering culinary delights in a cozy, chic setting. But wait, the excitement doesn’t end there! We’ll make a quick change for the legendary Rum Punch Brunch, where lively energy and delicious libations merge into a perfect crescendo, bidding farewell to a week of cherished memories.
