We had the good fortune of connecting with Tierre Partee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tierre, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was to obtain ownership where I am in control of my life. Also, I wanted to create an opportunity for future leaders, musicians, artist and entrepreneurs to be represented the right way.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My music label Harvest Ave LLC is an Atlanta based label that represent a small roster of very talented artist. My company Vision Pushers LLC is an independent, design and management based agency. What sets me apart from others is that we focus on projects that will help push the proper message and vision for businesses. Our team provides great customer service, high quality graphics , videos and management services. Overall, we provide innovative solutions for our customers. Then I am Co-Founder with a nonprofit organization called Step-by-step Initiative, Inc. There we focus on bridging the gap with police and the community. Also, helping kids enjoy life by providing activities, books, school items and a outlet to be themselves. I’m most proud of my ability to envision ideas and make them come to life. I got to where I am business wise today by being relentless, being a student of entrepreneurship and by knowing God has a Devine purpose and plan on my life. It’s not always easy but if life was there would be no testimonies. I overcame obstacles by prayer, meditation and fasting. The lessons I’ve learned on the way are never give up on something that you really believe in. Believe in yourself before you expect others to. Lastly, never expect people to think like you or react like you. You’re unique for a reason. Me and my brands will be around for a very long time, get used to me.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For fun, drinks and food these places are great: Buckhead, Battery Park, Ponce City Market (Roof) The Escape game, The Museum of Design (MODA) Atlantic Station. The Painted Duck, Punch Bowl and The Optimist restaurant.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a shout out to the good fellas at Harvest Ave LLC, clients at Vision Pushers LLC and Step by Step Initiative, Inc.
