Meet Tierra Brazzle

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tierra Brazzle and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tierra, how do you think about risk?
Risk is something many people either avoid out of fear or dive into without much thought—both extremes can yield positive or negative outcomes. I’ve learned that success often lies in finding a balance between the two.
After graduating from college, like many others, I found myself unsure of what to do with my life. I earned a degree but had no clear direction for how to use it, which led me to try various jobs in an effort to discover what would “stick.” I pursued a traditional career path simply because it seemed like the right thing to do. But over time, I realized that I wasn’t happy.
Through my personal journey in fitness and health, I began to discover a genuine passion—one that grew stronger as I noticed the impact I was having on others. I found fulfillment in motivating and supporting not just people in general, but specifically women. That realization led me to a new purpose: helping women create and sustain healthier lifestyles, just as I had done for myself.
With that newfound clarity, I made a pivotal decision to stop chasing a conventional career and instead follow my own path. In 2023, I became a certified personal trainer and later earned my health coach certification. Since then, I’ve been focused on building my own brand and business within the health and wellness space, supporting women in their personal transformations.
Choosing entrepreneurship was—and still is—a risk. It’s unpredictable, challenging, and far from guaranteed. But the longer I’ve committed to this path, the more I’ve seen it pay off. The challenges have been real, but so have the rewards. And despite the uncertainty, I have no intention of giving up. This risk has not only brought me closer to my passion but also to the life I want to build.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My work is rooted in transformation—because I’ve lived it. I help women build stronger, healthier, and more confident lives through intentional movement, mindset work, and lifestyle shifts. As a certified personal trainer and health coach, I guide women through the very process that once changed my own life.
My journey started back in December 2018, when I found myself at my lowest point—mentally, physically, and emotionally. I weighed over 200 pounds, I didn’t feel confident in my body, and I was constantly hiding—behind oversized clothes, behind fear, and behind limiting beliefs. I didn’t recognize the woman I saw in the mirror, and I felt disconnected from myself in every way.
But I made a decision to change—not just to lose weight, but to heal. I committed to showing up for myself, one day at a time. And through that process, not only built myself up physically and mentally—I gained clarity, confidence, purpose, and a whole new love for myself.
That journey sparked something deeper in me. I realized that what I was building wasn’t just a healthier body, but a healthier mindset and lifestyle—and I wanted to help other women do the same. In 2023, I became a certified personal trainer and health coach, stepping away from the traditional career path and into a purpose-driven life and business.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just coach from a place of knowledge—I coach from experience. I know what it feels like to start at rock bottom. I know what it means to rebuild your confidence from the ground up. And I’ve walked that path with empathy, discipline, and intention.
Getting to where I am now wasn’t easy. Leaving the security of a traditional job, navigating entrepreneurship, and constantly pushing through self-doubt were all part of the process. But each challenge became a lesson. I learned the power of consistency. I learned that alignment with your purpose will always outlast the fear of the unknown. And most of all, I learned that the relationship you build with yourself is the foundation for everything.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is this: I’m here to help women rise—not just physically, but holistically. My brand is built for the woman who’s ready to stop hiding and start healing. I want her to know she is capable of transformation, that her story matters, and that she’s not alone.
I’m living proof of what’s possible—and I’m proud to now be the guide I once needed.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting Atlanta for a week, our itinerary would be the perfect blend of good food, fun experiences, and relaxing moments — because honestly, that’s my ideal way to spend time.
First and foremost, I’m a foodie at heart, so food would absolutely be at the center of our plans. Whether we’re craving sushi, ramen, or tapas, I’ve got go-to spots I’d love to share. For sushi, Fudo in Brookhaven is always a hit — fresh, creative, and consistently good. If we’re in a ramen mood, Okiboru or Lanzhou Ramen on Buford Highway are my top picks. And for a cozy evening with great wine and shared plates, The Iberian Pig or Barcelona Wine Bar set the perfect vibe.
Beyond the food, we’d mix in some chill and creative activities. A trip to the High Museum of Art would give us that balance of culture and calm, and for something more casual but a little competitive, we might hit up bowling or go-karting — always a good time.
We’d definitely make space in the week for some outdoor wandering — strolling through Piedmont Park, exploring the Atlanta BeltLine, or checking out a few of the local farmers markets. I love walking around, shopping a little, and discovering hidden gems. And if there happened to be a food or wine festival in town that week (which Atlanta is known for), we’d be there in a heartbeat.
Lastly, no perfect week is complete without a visit to a really good coffee shop. I love finding a spot with a cozy atmosphere — where we can catch a vibe, people-watch, sip on matcha, and just yap. Wherever the energy leads us, I know we’d have an unforgettable time. Atlanta has so much to offer, and it never disappoints when it comes to creating memorable moments.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to start by giving a heartfelt shoutout to every single trainer I’ve worked with since beginning my fitness journey in 2018, including my current coach. Each of you played a role in helping me find myself and grow into the person I am today. I truly believe every trainer needs a trainer, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had your guidance during such pivotal moments in my life.
I also want to express my appreciation to my Fit Fest ATL family, Tank and NeNe specifically. Being part of something I never imagined I’d be involved in has been such a special and humbling experience. I’m thankful not only for being considered to join this movement, but for the opportunity to play a significant role in it. It’s been a powerful reminder of my skills, my purpose, and my growth.
Moments like these affirm that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. The risks I’ve taken on myself—personally and professionally—are proving to be worth it.
