We had the good fortune of connecting with Theresa Poole and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Theresa, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is genuine passion with a God given gift. The success of Trilogy Alliance Recovery Care, LLC stems from the purity of the efforts put forth in its creation. Trilogy’s sucess does not just lay with the people that run it, Trilogy’s sucess constitutes happy and estatic clients. Trilogy Alliance Recovery Care, LLC is successful because our mold is what people can relate to as genuine and unique along with compassion and natural skill. Being knowlegeable in finances and processes can very well bring you funds, however focusing on what you were blessed with and mastering your God given craft will bring you sucess!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My life/career has definately been a journey! At 18 I joined the United States Navy in which I trained and mastered being an electrician, implementing teamwork and discipline. At the tender age of 25, I always knew I wanted to be a nurse! With passion and determination my journey began with being a certified nursing assisstant to a phlebotomist to finally being a licensed registered nurse! Nursing school, scholatically, was probably the most difficult process I’ve ever had to accomplish in life! Alot of tears but I made it! Overcoming my challenges was an everyday process of reminding myself why I was doing this and remembering my scripture: Galatians 6:9 “Let us not be weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.” Being in the nursing field, with over 10 years of medical experience, has definately equipped me for the role I play today with my business & what sets Trilogy Alliance apart. Working thru the pandemic in an emergency department, medical floors, outpatient surgeries & intensive care units has not been an easy road, but neccessary. With that being said, being in the military has not only set my foundation, it has taught me to pay attention to detail. In the medical field, being a CNA humbled me, phlebotomy has showed me skill and precision and finally being a RN and mom showed me how to master my craft and patience. Ultimately, I want people to know that Trilogy Alliance Recovery Care is not just a name or brand, WE ARE HOME.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am literally the worst person to hang out with in Atlanta because I’m such a workaholic! But for my best friend I would definately have to take her to a dope brunch spot. So we would definately have to go to breakfast at Barneys! I would probably take her to Black Wall Street because I love the art in there! For lunch & dinner we gotta go Benihana with extra garlic butter and yum yum, crab spot, Roc south cruisine & Blue, and some good wings! LOL. For night life we have to go to roof top ATL and Garden Room for drinks & suite lounge and bugaloou for clubbing. I would definately have to take her to Peidmont park for a chill day and my most favortie hobby is skaing! Cascade or Smyrna skating rink. I love movies so we will go check out LOOK or Studio movie grill for the latest. And last but not least SHOPPING SHOPPING! Lenox and Phipps.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my two daughters: Kynnedi & Zion for sticking by mommy and being understanding of my journey.
