We had the good fortune of connecting with Teresa Lancaster and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Teresa, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
The most important lesson my business/career has taught me is be your authentic self. Most client facing businesses fail due to the lack of creativity and realness. I’ve learned over my years of experience customers are buying into the person behind the brand first, and then the product or service they offer second.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
20+ plus years of professional medical training sets LMP apart from the rest. The years of experience and knowledge in the integumentary system and its function of the largest organ of the body, helps to create the all natural moisturizing skin loving products Light My Passion has to offer.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Let’s start with my fav brunch spot-Pappadeaux

After brunch, let’s take a bike ride on the beltline and enjoy the scenery

Later in the evening we indulge in a juicy steak and conversation at Ruth Chris

After dinner we wind down with a nice selection of Jazz music and spoken word at St. James Live
