We had the good fortune of connecting with Teo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Teo, what is the most important factor behind your success?
This is a great question! I’ve found that practicing maximum patience mixed with faith and relentlessness have been the key factors to my success in all of my artistic/business endeavors.

Throughout the years, I’ve really honed in on patience and realized that I can’t worry too much about what’s out of my control when it comes to executing my ideas and the results that come with them. I had to learn to detach from the results and be grateful and present during the process and trust that it will all come as it’s supposed to.

By practicing these methods, I am able to stay energized, focused and open to receive the fruit the universe has to offer in exchange for my work! I love it and am super addicted to this process!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
In order for me to get to where I am today professionally and through my art, the biggest challenge I had to overcome was truly understanding that the life I wanted to live was possible and only I could create it.

The only thing I had to learn was this:
I literally just had to start moving and thinking like I was already living that life as an artist/musician and businessman. No fear. No doubts. No questions. Do or die. Nothing else.

Once I solidified that mindset and set it into motion, everything else sort of naturally just aligned through my work, because I was moving with maximum intention on a daily basis and wasting minimal energy/effort on unnecessary things and people that didn’t align with the objective and vision.

That’s what I’m most proud of. It’s an everyday challenge and I’m always learning how to maneuver more efficiently, but I always show up.

The only thing I want the world to know about me is that I’m here to inspire you to live and create the best life you see for yourself, because you have the power to! That’s it.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Bet.

Here’s the daytime vibe:
* We’re definitely grabbing food at multiple places throughout the week they stay, for the sake of the variety. Literally any cuisine, there are numerous super fire spots to eat!
* Hitting the coffee shops at some point in the day are a no-brainer.
* A majority of this (mind you) would be walkable, so we’re definitely strolling through the city and getting to see all the beautiful, unique architecture of the downtown homes, the trees, the artwork, the alleyways and unique streets.
* For the sake of being tourists, we’d probably walk through Old Sac on one of the days and hit the waterfront and visit all the dope mom and pop shops in the area.
* My place is surrounded by/near all of the above activities, so we would recharge back at my spot and get ready for the night…see below 🙂

Here’s the nighttime vibe:
* Visitors means celebration vibes to me, I don’t know about you? So we’re starting at my spot and then Lyfting to the bars to continue, cause they’re all within a 3 mile or less radius. Easy money.
* If it’s a specific night where a music event/show is happening, then we’re absolutely hitting that! Also because one of my artists friends is most likely on the bill of that show lol.
* If we’re trying to have a chill night, we’re pulling up to a restaurant that has a bar and spending the evening there. I’m all about that moment when you find yourself in a good vibe at one place, you don’t leave it to chase another moment somewhere else. You embrace the present…UNLESS….see below 🙂
* Unless the objective is to bar hop, then the above plan goes out the window and we’re hopping all over the city which is super fun too! Especially cause a lot of bars are a walkable distance to each other.
* The night cap is late night food, obviously! Then rest at my spot and run it back as needed.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I love this. I have a great story for you!

I owe my mindset and everything I’ve obtained to my parents. They instilled the idea of freedom and expression into me by being living examples since as long as I was able to first recollect a memory.

They showed me the power of manifestation first hand at a really young age. I remember they would record home videos of each other interviewing the other about goals they wanted to achieve. Some of it included moving to a new city, getting a bigger house, building a pool, buying a new car etc. The list goes on.

Years later, we watched the footage back together in that new city in that bigger house they talked about moving into, surrounded by everything they said they wanted to achieve, including the new car and the pool. It made me realize that I’d been shown how you can literally manifest anything you put your thoughts and decisions into and make it real. You just gotta work your ass off to get it!

That changed my life forever.

Now, I apply these principles to my life and I realize I’m unstoppable. I hope that by sharing this story, it allows you to realize you’re unstoppable too, because you’re beyond capable of applying these principles to your life!
