We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor Graham and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Taylor, what inspires you?
I’m inspired by satisfaction. I want to feel constantly lit up by life. I want each day to be filled with things that create pleasure, both big and small, and I never want to be afraid to change the direction I’m going in. Whether that be my morning cup of coffee, the spark of a new idea, spending time with friends and family, or traveling to a new place- I want my days to be filled with moments and experiences that make me feel invigorated.

What should our readers know about your business?
At Socially Taylored, we work hands-on with lifestyle brands to implement scroll-stopping branding, social media content, influencer marketing and advertising strategies that build brand visibility, increase website traffic, leads, bookings, and drive revenue for product launches. We work with a wide portfolio of clients across many industries including beauty + lifestyle, real estate, eCommerce + retail, CPG, hospitality, service provider, and coaching.

I think what sets my agency apart from others coincides with what I am most proud of, and it’s that I consistently evolve it with intention. We always gather follower and clients feedback, and adjust our service offerings and free content accordingly. We never stay stuck, and we love to support our clients through all phases of their growth.

It definitely has not always been easy, especially with how young I started. No one hands you a step by step guide for what to do or how to maturely act when clients don’t pay their invoices, break contractual agreements unexpectedly, or when you have to let go of a client or a contractor because it isn’t working out. Entrepreneurship forces you to grow up a lot faster than you’re expecting to have to, and it also teaches you how to roll with the punches, that you don’t need always need a plan in order to make a move, and that everything works out in the end.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My best friend’s two love languages are traveling and food, so I would take her to Seattle, WA because it’s our current #1 friend trip on our travel bucket list. While we are there, I’d plan for us to leisurely stroll around the Pike Place Farmer’s market while drinking multiple coffees. We’d also head to the Space Needle. Seattle Art Museum, Museum of Pop Culture, and the Dale Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum since we both love museums, art, history, and culture. We’d also spend some time walking, hammocking, and reading in Gas Works Park. For food, I would want to take her to all the top-rated restaurants that offer multi-course dinners.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my best friend, Leyanna Jordan-Brown. She is the one person who has been there from the start with unwavering support. She kept my spirits high when I was working at an internship that made me want to change my entire career path, and pushed me to go off on my own even when I doubted myself. She saw every website mock up before the official launch, and proof-read every blog post draft I wrote before they were published. She encouraged me through the early mornings and the late nights before I had a team of people to assist me with my workload. She travels with me on work trips. She’s there when I have to make difficult decisions, and she’s there to celebrate the awards and accolades. She always holds the mirror up to me when I needed to check myself. Everyone deserves to have a friend as loyal, supportive, and steady as Leyanna.
