Meet Tasha Stephens | Stay at home mom and business owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tasha Stephens and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tasha, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process was to simply make bracelets for my family and friends because they would ask about mine. Told them, “I made them.” They put in orders! That’s when I started getting orders from my husbands co workers. I got excited, jumped on the bandwagon that was taking off without me even realizing. LOL
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I love every form of art! I feel what sets Beautyful God apart is we take inspiration from nature and all GOD’s creations! I love gemstones and crystals. I use all natural gems. We are a super new business so we haven’t had any real hardships other than finances for inventory. Which with GOD’s grace we will be perfectly fine.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We always do things with our kids. We’re always at pins and strikes, playing at the arcade or bowling(which my boys love). We love going to the trail and working up a sweat. We have season passes to Six Flags, we can enjoy that. For food Old Lady Gang in camp creek. Pit Boss bbq in Hapeville. Love the GA Aquarium, Atlanta Zoo, Coca cola& National Center for civil and human Rights downtown(which our family always do them together), Apex museum is always a joy, see if a cool show is playing at the FOX or get some laughs at uptown comedy club.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband, James! He works so hard to provide for our family without compliant… of course lol. ANYTHING I’ve ever done he has been by my side encouraging me. Telling me how things look, if something needs to be changed or just pointers to help. Not to mention my number 1 model. lol
