We had the good fortune of connecting with Tash Jordan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tash, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important factor behind my success is my obsession with my vision. I’ve had the vision of being a global action film star since 2013. It’s kept me pushing through all the obstacles I’ve dealt with over the years. A lot of dudes quit acting when The Pandemic locked us down, not me. I just saw it as practice for I Am Legend 2. You can’t achieve success without knowing what you want to achieve. It all begins with a visceral vision. Once you got that, it must consume your entire being & you have to take action to bring it to fruition.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart is my football background. Before acting, I pursued the NFL. Now I treat acting like training camp. Wake up, workout, practice my craft, watch film, practice my craft, study the script, sleep, repeat.

I’m most proud of being part of the biggest show of our generation, Bel-Air.

This was far from easy. It has been 5 years in the making. In 2017, I told myself in 5 years I’d be a major film actor in LA. Here we are in 2022, I’m in not one but two major TV shows on the planet. I graduated college with zero connections & industry knowledge. The amount of no’s I went through are too high to count. I trained myself to network & put myself out there for a chance to make the right connection. I became obsessed with Hollywood, studied the star actors, and read the entertainment news like you read your Twitter feed.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is you gotta heal your childhood traumas. Until you heal those wounds, you will attract situations in your life that resemble the traumas until you take a look at them & heal. It may hurt, you may cry, but you will feel lighter & watch your life progress faster than you expected.

I would like the world to know that I’m a demon with a golden aura. We all have a dark side that our parents taught us was bad. To deny that side is to deny your entire being. Look at your demons and own it so you can make the rest of your life the best of your life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We gonna take a walk on the Highline in NYC. You get a birds eye view of the city. Brooklyn Piers Park is a hidden gem. You can explore, play sports, relax, and did I mention the view of Manhattan with the sounds of the river flowing is sensational?

Food wise, Art Bar on 14th St & 8th Ave is a great place. They got vegan and vegetarian options plus the dimly lit back rooms have colorful paintings on the wall. If you want a lounge to hang out, have deep conversations, and isn’t too crowded, go to Art Bar.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First off, I’d like to shoutout Valorie Hubbard from Actors Fast Track for teaching me how to be the CEO of my acting career. Next I would like shoutout Anthony Grasso from ARG Studios for keeping my acting skills sharp. All of my east coast actors tap in with him. Next I would like to shoutout Mary Kennedy from The Biz Studio. All west coast actors tap in with her. I would like to thank my dance mom Violeta Galagarza from KR3Ts Dance Company. The dancer I am now is because of my training with her, Noahlot, Simba, Franco the Artist, Izzy, Eliyah, Armandy & Frostlock. Lastly, shoutout to the fans for helping Bel-Air break streaming records. It’s been a journey & I’m fortunate to share it with you. Season 2 coming in 2023.
