Hi Shereena, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factors behind my success and the success of my brand are transparency, authenticity, and empowering others to dream big. By being transparent in my actions and communications, I have built trust with my customers and stakeholders. I believe in remaining true to who I am, which has allowed me to connect with others on a genuine level and establish a strong personal brand.

My brand’s success is driven by the transformative impact it has on people’s lives. Whether through innovative services, or experiences, I strive to make a positive difference and inspire others to reach their full potential. I encourage individuals to dream big and believe that there are no limits to what they can achieve.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others is my unwavering passion for seeing people succeed. If I could do my business for free, I would, as my true desire is to push others to greatness and help them achieve the impossible. However, I understand the practicality of needing to sustain myself financially. Overcoming challenges has been a journey of honesty, prayer, meditation, and envisioning my future self. I’ve learned that success is not handed to you; it requires hard work and a mindset rooted in wisdom and facts rather than emotions. What I want the world to know about me and my brothers is that we are here to propel you forward, to provide guidance, motivation, and mentorship. We strive to mold you into the best version of yourself, both externally and internally. Taking a holistic approach to our training, we aim to instill confidence and ensure your overall well-being.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend is visiting New York, I want to give them the best time ever. First, I’ll take them to my favorite spot, a Cantina in White Plains, where we can enjoy drinks, delicious food, and have a great chat. Afterward, we’ll head to Manhattan and make sure to visit the Color Factory, a must-do interactive art exhibit. We can then take a leisurely walk along the beautiful High Line, enjoying the stunning views and serene atmosphere. Of course, we can’t miss out on getting a slice of pizza at Joe’s, a true New York experience. And when it comes to hanging out, although I don’t do it often, I love chilling at Dikeman. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy good company.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to express my heartfelt appreciation and recognition to the Almighty God, who deserves all the honor, glory, praise, recognition, and credit for my current state. From a position of nothingness to somethingness, I reflect upon the times when I had no one and nothing, and God graciously restored my life. He has fulfilled my desires and rejuvenated every aspect of my being since I surrendered my life to Him. In less than two years, He has worked wonders, and His transformative power persists. This is a short but profound tribute to the Lord Jesus Christ
