We had the good fortune of connecting with Shauna Jackson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shauna, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I wanted to offer services that business owners truly need. When I officially became a virtual assistant, I learned quickly what goes on behind the scenes is just as important as what the world sees. An amazing product/service + amazing client experience is the recipe for success. Although my clients have diverse career fields, each one has benefited from having an virtual assistant to answer emails, order inventory even create systems for efficiency. At Girl Talks Finance, Virtual Assisting Services, our clients not only have a team that assures administrative tasks are handled but we treat our clients businesses like our own celebrating every milestone they reach.

What should our readers know about your business?
Girl Talks Finance, Virtual Assisting Services supports high level women professionals through systems, client experience and more. We started with one client locally and after one year we have serviced clients ranging from Texas to Illinois. From the day our clients complete our inquiry form, they will feel our attentiveness and welcoming energy. We complete all tasks assigned by our clients and surprise them with personalized gifts during our business anniversary month. This year, we will be celebrating four years in business and we could not be more proud.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

Every single client who has believed in my results, my business and believed in me to assist them.

My husband and young son for their encouragement and extra hugs on the days where entrepreneurship wasn’t so easy but still worth it.

My parents for being instrumental in demonstrating the significance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It is indeed possible to not only choose a career you love but one that does not require you to miss any major milestone in your children’s life or anyone else you love for that matter.
