Hi Shannon Dee, what value matters most to you?
I would say it’s a tie between excellence and integrity as the value that matters most to me. There’s no such thing as perfection but if you strive for excellence you aspire to be top tier in all that you do and who you are. Integrity goes hand in hand with that in being honest and having strong values and principles. I think these values set you apart as being growth minded.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is about leveling up. It not only solves the problem of looking for multiple beauty items of quality, but also personal development and growth. I did the hard work so my customer doesn’t have to. I just offer the products to them. I currently have a jewelry boutique, hair and lash boutique, and clothing boutique where i offer luxury items. I believe what sets me apart is that I have been there searching for these items of good quality for years when i was a model and brand ambassador and promoted these things for other companies. I also am extremely interested in personal development and helping people. So I took those things and created a business from them. Business-wise I got to where i am by not only pursuing my craft but working to perfect it as well. My experience has helped but studying personal development as well as business has helped me a lot. It definitely was not easy but i have enjoyed the challenges because i have a goal in mind and my passion propels me. The lessons that i have learned along the way is how important it is to have passion for something because there will be times you want to quit. I think passion keeps you coming back the next day though. And you don’t have to just be passionate about one thing. I want the world to know that my goal is to be the absolute best at what I do in every area of my life and to be fulfilled by that. I want to be able to help others get faster where it took me so long to get to. Be a giant whose shoulders others can stand on as a trailblazer. You really can do whatever you set your mind to and create what you dream about.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I really don’t know… i would love some suggestions.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The most important factor behind my success is definitely my support system and tribe and those that love me that allow me to grow and thrive. The success behind my brand is the same… me being able to thrive and be me unapologetically. Being able to authentically offer myself and gifts and talents to the world is key for me. Also a book I read and the impact it had on me was “Live a Thousand Years: Have the time of your life” by Giovanni Livera. It has always been my most favorite book. My brother gave it to me during a time of growth and transformation and evolution I was going through and it meant so much. The book talks about measuring your life by experiences and living your best life and not taking anything for granted. It really changed my life and how I see and understand things I experience.
