We had the good fortune of connecting with Shaniqua Hardeman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shaniqua, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is to never give up. Things may seem like it’s not happening or going where you want them to go but I would hate to get old knowing that I actually never tried hard enough. Success is a mindset, so continue to strive. Continue to fight after what you deserve. Anything worth having, you have to work hard & stay focus.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Professionally, I work for corporate America. It’s not easy task but I enjoy the growth and professionalism I gain from my career. It has allowed me to navigate through business situations and transaction. The lessons I’ve learned along the way to get to where I am now is to be humble, be open to learned, ask a lot of questions. Sometimes we feel some questions are dumb, but truth is no question is, if you don’t know. Use every situation as a learning experience. Every situation, I play back so see what can I take from this and apply to either work life or real life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Lol, I would have to say that my friends love to enjoy great music and drinks. Atlanta is a city that never sleeps. So first stop will be dinner, we’ll skip the chicken spots (my bff loves wings) I will have to select Little Ally, the ambiance is great. The outside seating is a vibe Especially when the sun sets. A night in the city, I’ll go to hottest lounge/club at time. Our most recent spot was Cru Lounge Union city. What a great time, good drinks & hookah.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would have to say my wife plays a huge role in my success in my business. The continuous conversation & motivational speeches always given me the extra push that I need, even when I can’t see the other side of the tunnel.. my wife shines the light. Also, I like to shoutout my close friends who encourages me to keep posting content and putting out products.
