We had the good fortune of connecting with Shaniece Marsh and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shaniece, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
One thing about the beauty industry that most outsiders are unaware of is that in this business you have to stay focused and motivated. It is very easy to get discouraged. As long as you have a plan, stick with it anything that you put time in will eventually progress.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am most proud of how far I’ve come in my career, The fact that I can do what I love most everyday is a blessing. First and foremost with god by my side all things are possible along with staying focused and dedication got me to where I am today. It has not been an easy road but well worth it. Every mistake has mold me into what I’ve become today. I would love for the world to know that my brand stands for beauty making and helping everyone to feel beautiful inside and out. Niecy Michelle Artistry is about motivating, empowering and most importantly self love.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would say one Places to go for a nice dinner is Ray’s in the city the food and the atmosphere is really good. At the moment a interesting place to check out is the Atlanta selfie museum. Especially if you love to take selfies as much as I do lol.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my family for being and amazing support system to me and motivating me to be the best version of myself. Also to my amazing clients for there continued support. My clients are everything they keep me going and growing everyday!!
