We had the good fortune of connecting with Shana Shell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shana, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I created Sacred Sound to be a one-of-a-kind special label where artists have creative control over their art, image and message to the world.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets my art apart from others is that I have experienced a multitude of things in life that have taught me to provide a motivational message to myself and to the onlookers of my art. The thing that I am most proud of is that my artistry is non-traditional and encompasses the point of view from a multi-dimensional being. I am excited to show the world there is no one way or the other. As an artist you can design and create any way that you feel.

Life is a journey. The journey is neither easy nor hard. In some parts of life there are challenges and in other parts there are rewards. Rewards can often be overwhelming but accepting the reward is never hard.

I made it where I am today by trusting my intuition and taking good advice. In recent events I have also learned the lesson of accepting help in order to grow. Every great leader has a great team.

The world should know that Sacred Sound is a home for indie artists. We represent quality and authenticity.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In short these are some of the fun and exciting things to do in Atlanta during the week.

Je Ju Spa
The Sun Dial Restaurant
Château Elan
Phenix Salons
MODA
Michael C. Carlos Museum
