We had the good fortune of connecting with Shae Poole and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Shae, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is trust – earned through healthy communication, consistency, clarity, and follow-through.
Real estate is emotional, financial, and time-sensitive, so clients need more than a friendly agent – they need someone who will tell the truth, protect their interests, and stay steady when things get complicated. I’ve built my brand by being that person: a strategic guide who anticipates and solves problems.
Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer, a multi-generational family, or a relocating client, the goal is always the same: make the process feel informed and controlled, and get the deal done with integrity. That level of care is what turns clients into repeat clients and referrals – and it’s the foundation of my brand.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My mission is simple: to serve. I see my clients as partners, and I see my role as their guide – helping them move through risk, opportunity, and change and into the lifestyle they’re working toward. Real estate is rarely just about a house. It’s about timing, finances, family, and what comes next, and I don’t take that lightly.
What really sets me apart is that I don’t shy away from complexity. I’m not just looking for the easy transactions. Some of the most valuable work I’ve done has come from situations that required extra thought, patience, and problem-solving. Every challenge I’ve worked through has added to my experience, and that’s what allows me to better protect and advocate for my clients today.
Details matter—sometimes more than people realize. In those moments of high-risk transactions, my job is to help clients slow things down, understand their options, and make clear, confident decisions.
I work with a wide range of clients – from first-time buyers who are just figuring out where to start, to people buying their fourth or fifth home. I stay closely connected during the process so I understand how shifts in underwriting, risk tolerance, and the market can affect my clients in real time. That insight helps me set realistic expectations and spot opportunities others might miss.
The road to building my business hasn’t been perfectly smooth – and I wouldn’t expect it to be. Early on, I was told to chase every lead, and I did. I spent a lot of time with people who were curious but not quite ready. While I enjoy educating anyone who wants to learn, I eventually realized that success isn’t about volume, but it’s about being strategic and intentional with your time and energy.
That lesson changed how I work. Real estate is incredibly local, and even small shifts in inventory, pricing, or interest rates can change outcomes quickly. Staying aware, and adjusting as needed, is critical.
What I want people to know about me and my brand is this: I don’t run from the hard parts. I lean into them. I lead with experience, honesty, and care, and my goal is always the same: to help my clients move forward into the lifestyle they are aiming to have.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Day 1 — I’d start at home in Fayetteville: City Center Park, Trilith & Nightlife
We’d start in downtown Fayetteville with a walkthrough City Center Park, a beautifully revitalized community space that hosts concerts, markets, and seasonal events. It’s a great snapshot of the town’s charm and momentum.
From there, we’d head to Trilith, one of Metro Atlanta’s most exciting hidden gems. Anchored by film and creative industries, Trilith has grown into a walkable, thoughtfully designed destination with art, trails, wellness spaces, and a strong community feel.
Lunch or brunch CT Cantini or Enzo, then a stroll through the greenways and shops. In the evening, we’d lean into the entertainment side of Trilith—grabbing drinks at Oliver’s Twist Rooftop for views and cocktails, catching a show or live performance at Trilith Live, and possibly stopping by Fairway Social for games, food, and a fun, social vibe.
Day 2 — Ponce City Market
This day is all about one of Atlanta’s most iconic destinations: Ponce City Market. We’d spend the day eating our way through the food hall, browsing shops, and soaking in the energy. We may even catch a show at City Winery.
A must-do is the rooftop at Skyline Park at Ponce City Market—one of my personal favorites for city views, games, and a fun, lively atmosphere that really captures Atlanta. And it’s a great backdrop for photos!
Day 3 — The BeltLine
This day is dedicated to the Atlanta BeltLine, which is one of the best ways to experience the city. We’d walk sections of the trail, check out public art, people-watch, and stop along the way for food or drinks at Krog Street Market. It’s casual, creative, and very Atlanta.
Day 4 — Downtown Decatur and Virginia-Highland
We’d start in Downtown Decatur, known for great restaurants, independent shops, and a strong neighborhood feel – perfect for brunch and wandering around the square.
Later, we’d head to Virginia-Highland, one of Atlanta’s most charming historic neighborhoods, ideal for boutique shopping, tree-lined strolls, and an easy, relaxed dinner.
Day 5 — Centennial Park & Atlanta Landmarks
This is classic Atlanta. We’d spend time around Centennial Olympic Park, then head to the Georgia Aquarium, one of the largest aquariums in the world.
If time allows, we’d also visit the World of Coca-Cola or the **National Center for Civil and Human Rights for a mix of culture and history.
Day 6 — The Battery Atlanta
For high energy and entertainment, we’d head to **The Battery Atlanta**. Whether there’s a Braves game or not, it’s a great place for dining, drinks, live music, and people-watching.
Day 7 — Shopping in Dunwoody or Smyrna
We’d wrap things up with shopping and a slower pace in Dunwoody, Buckhead, or Smyrna. And of course, food!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have an amazing family and circle of friends who encourage me, believe in me, and anticipate my success without hesitation. That in itself is empowering. Many of them have trusted me to serve them in business, and continue to send referrals my way. That is a blessing that I do not take for granted.
