We had the good fortune of connecting with Sejal Brownlee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sejal, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Endless Consultants and Life Coaching is here to help you move forward by uplifting you to bring out the best in yourself to reach your full potential no matter what circumstances you may face or may have gone through. Coaching services are offered that focus on relationships, work, self-actualization, emotions, physical and mental well-being, and family. HR consulting services are offered that include but are not limited to business planning/coaching, interview trainings, resume building, company strategy and development, policy review and explanation, benefits review and explanation, and coaching managers and employees through difficult conduct problems. Often individuals feel they don’t need a coach or a consultant. They may question what’s the coaches’ purpose? How can they help me? What impact will they make on my life? Can I afford their services? Can I just do it alone?
You need four people in your life
(1) A Friend
(2) A Coach
(3) A Mentor
(4) A Cheerleader
Thriving communities aim to be fair, just, and healthy. How do they do that? That’s accomplished by investing in its people and by focusing on quality of life. My purpose is to serve the community and make an impact on the world. As CEO of this business and a certified life coach I am here to help YOU overcome your mindset blocks and help YOU reach your full potential. All the questions asked above can be considered mind blocks. Jump over that mindset block and find out how impactful a coach and consultant can be.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am the Corporate Human Resources Director for an international engineering and construction consulting firm. As HR Director, I oversee employee relation issues; manage and administer employee benefits; stay current on changing regulations and requirements affecting HR; and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting. I am proficient in corporate communications, resource management, and leadership skills and provide recommendations and feedback to senior leadership.

I started with this company without knowing much about HR at all. My first role was as an HR Coordinator. I’ve been promoted 4 times in 7 years, and now I lead the department. Honestly, that’s what I am most proud of. I had no idea I would end up where I am today in the HR world, and I still feel like the best is yet to come. Lessons that I’ve learned along the way are to extend grace to everyone. You never know what someone is going through, don’t be so quick to judge (it’s better to be non-judgmental) and try to put yourself in other’s shoes to get the best picture.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well, that would depend on the friend. In order to show this friend the best time possible, I’d tailor their visit around things they like and enjoy. There is so much to do in Atlanta. What’s the saying, birds of a feather flock together? So, it’s very likely this friend and I would enjoy the same things so we could explore downtown Atlanta, eat at different restaurants, visit Atlantic Station or Ponce City Market, and throw shopping in there too!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My great-grandmother Maggie Irick instilled great things in me. Being determined, authentic, and standing my ground, are a few things that stuck out the most. She always taught me that it didn’t matter where you came from but what’s important is where you are going. She is a big reason and part of why I am who I am today.

My family and friends. I have a great village! Family and friends supported me when I wanted to start this business. Adults need a village, too, and I am appreciative of mine.

Natalie Brown for giving me a chance years ago. Natalie hired me as an HR Coordinator because she believed in me. She introduced me to the HR world by giving me that chance & I am very appreciative!

My clients, my followers, and my supporters. Thank you for trusting Coach Sej to be your coach and consultant. Coaching is my passion, and I enjoy helping others in any way possible. I wouldn’t be able to advise or consult without you. Thank you to my social media followers for liking, commenting, and sharing.

Special shoutout to my middle brother Hakeem (Key2Media) he listens to my ideas and helps me see them through (especially graphically….he’s a genius).
