Hi Sean, what do you want your legacy to be?
I want my legacy to be one of empowerment and inspiration. I want people to remember me as someone who broke barriers, created opportunities for others, and fostered a culture of inclusion and diversity in entrepreneurship. I aim to leave behind a legacy of integrity, excellence, and passion, where my actions have positively impacted the lives of diverse founders and CEOs across the USA. Ultimately, I hope to be remembered as a trailblazer who paved the way for others to achieve their dreams and create lasting change in their communities.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
VSNWKS™ is not just a business; it’s a mission-driven endeavor rooted in integrity, excellence, and passion. Founded in 2017 in Atlanta, our company stands out through its dedication to helping diverse founders and CEOs thrive. We specialize in leadership, service business operations, public relations, branding, graphic design, and operations support, providing tailored solutions that elevate businesses to new heights.

What sets VSNWKS™ apart is our unwavering commitment to our clients’ success. We understand the unique challenges faced by diverse founders, and we offer strategic, innovative approaches that drive growth and sustainability. Our team’s diverse background and deep industry knowledge allow us to connect with our clients on a personal level, fostering strong, impactful partnerships.

I am most proud of the tangible impact we’ve made on our clients’ businesses and the broader community. Seeing fellow entrepreneurs succeed and knowing we played a part in their journey is incredibly fulfilling. I am also excited about the future—expanding our services, embracing new technologies, and continuing to be a catalyst for change.

The road to where we are today wasn’t easy. We faced numerous challenges, from securing funding to navigating market uncertainties. However, resilience, a clear vision, and a strong support network helped us overcome these obstacles.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is the power of community and collaboration. Building a business is not a solitary endeavor; it requires a village. I also learned that staying true to one’s core values is crucial for long-term success. Also, if you started the journey as a walk of faith, you will have to live it out as an eternal walk of faith.

I want the world to know that VSNWKS™ is more than a company—it’s a testament to the potential within every diverse founder. Our story is one of overcoming adversity, breaking barriers, and creating opportunities. Through VSNWKS™, I aim to inspire and empower others to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams, just as I have been inspired and empowered along my journey.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Stroll through Piedmont Park and visit the Atlanta Botanical Garden or Head out early to Stone Mountain Park. Hike the mountain or take the Skyride to the summit for breathtaking views.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am deeply honored to share my entrepreneurial journey and extend my heartfelt gratitude to all who have supported me along the way. A special thanks goes to my late grandfather, Harold James, whose unwavering belief in my potential laid the foundation for my success. His wisdom, encouragement, and enduring legacy continue to inspire me every day. I am profoundly grateful for his influence, which has been instrumental in my pursuit of excellence and my commitment to empowering other diverse founders. Thanks to him for being my biggest supporter and for leaving a lasting impact on my life and career.
