We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Simpson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ryan, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
During COVID, I felt a strong pull to contribute in a meaningful way, even though I didn’t have a clear plan. This calling felt intuitive, like something I was meant to pursue, so I took a leap of faith and trusted that things would become clear as I went. I’ve always been passionate about connecting with people and helping them understand themselves, and this became the foundation of my business. The pandemic was a catalyst, making me reconsider how I wanted to spend my time and pushing me toward something that aligned with my values. Starting my business felt like the best way to make an impact, even if I was stepping into the unknown.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a spiritual advisor, and I’ve been in this work for almost five years. My role is to guide people using my intuitive insights, which my community has come to trust over time. It’s not exactly hard work in the traditional sense, but it can be very energy-demanding because I’m constantly tuning into others’ energy and helping them understand themselves more deeply. I’m incredibly grateful for my growing community, and I’ve grown a lot myself in the process, learning to better trust and master my own abilities while constantly seeking higher levels of spiritual and esoteric knowledge.

One thing I love about this field is that there’s no fixed or “correct” way to do things—it’s very fluid and adaptable, which lets me meet the specific needs of each client. My work is always evolving, just like my clients and the questions they bring to me. Over time, I’ve naturally learned to match the needs of my community, adjusting to what they need in the moment. This constant evolution keeps my work fulfilling, allowing me to grow alongside the people I work with.

Above all, I want the world to know that we each have a higher self—a Divine source of true excellence within us. When we’re connected to it, we can feel and see that Divine energy in our lives. This higher self isn’t just an idea; it’s a source of clarity and strength that’s very real and transformative when we learn to connect with it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a huge foodie, and I love trying new things myself, so when a friend comes into town, I make it a point to create a full experience around it. I’ll purposely look for new spots and unique activities for us to explore together, while also mixing in some food places that I know are fantastic and that will really complement the day. I want the day to feel like an adventure, where every stop adds something special, especially when it comes to the food! It’s all about sharing those new discoveries and favorite flavors in a way that makes the whole day memorable.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Meeting Paul Selig and reading *The Book of Knowing and Worth* had a profound impact on my understanding of my spiritual gifts and overall disposition. At a time of significant transition, the book offered an approach to spiritual growth that was both unconventional and deeply resonant. Selig’s insights helped me gain clarity and confidence in my intuitive gifts, reframing how I view myself and my potential. His teachings about self-worth and personal alignment felt like the guidance I needed to tap into my own inner resources, fostering a sense of trust in the spiritual path I was on. Through his work, I felt empowered to embrace my unique abilities and connect with others in a more genuine and impactful way.
