Hi Ryan, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Travel Dens is always operating with the customer in mind. To elaborate further, it simply means to go above and beyond the expectations of our customers. We at Travel Dens understand that without our customers we would not exist. Providing top quality service and everything that it entails keeps our customers satisfied. Some of the top quality service that we provide to our customers include thorough cleanliness, rapid communication, desired amenities, and quickly resolving any issues that may arise. Our goal is to provide an experience unlike any other that’s memorable and worthy of a referral. That is why Travel Dens has and continues to thrive.

What should our readers know about your business?
Travel Dens is a hospitality service business focused on servicing the needs of business professionals worldwide. We provide clean, safe, and affordable housing along with desired amenities suitable for any business professional looking for a quiet place to rest and the space to get any task completed. We excel at providing top quality service by going above and beyond the expectations of our customers. We have been very fortunate to earn five star reviews from our customers backing our claim to providing excellent quality service. We got to where we are by understanding the hospitality business, always seeking to be better professionals and then centering on customer service. It has not been an easy process. We have face many challenges along the way. We embrace the challenges because we know that those challenging times produce strength, endurance, tenacity, and the will to improve. We want the world to know that we are ready and prepared to exceed the desires of our customers and provide an unforgettable experience.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to one of my many favorite restaurants throughout Atlanta including Grand Lux Cafe and The Cheesecake Factory. We would visit historical landmarks and venues revealing the history of Atlanta and the many things that Atlanta has to offer. I am a big sports fan so checking out a basketball game at State Farm Arena or a football game at the Mercedes-Benz stadium would be in the plans. Atlanta has many great places to shop including Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza. My personal favorite are the multiple shopping outlets located just outside the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
All of our success is dedicated to God who is our source. God has provided all resources necessary to be successful. Many of those resources include the knowledge and training about the business, support of my amazing wife Tiffany, and the many other people who played a part in me getting started and staying in the game. More important than all resources though is the development of a strong mindset.
