Meet Ryan Burton: Marketing Agency

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Burton and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ryan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
We love our clients. And when I say the word “love” we understand what that word means. Our clients put shoes on our kids feet and allow us the chance to fulfill our purpose each and every day. How can you not love people that allow you to do that? I’d say this is a major differentiator, as everything we do flows from this care and concern. We will do anything for our clients 24/7 – 365. I have found by being 100% there for our customers, there is a respect that flows and makes it very rare that we get 3am frantic phone calls. Our clients problems are leads. New clients. We are a marketing firm and we never lose sight of our mission and purpose.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our success has been based on two things: our people and our practices. Our team is a group a caring marketing pros that have embodied what LNM is about and taken it so much further. I am so proud of how our team works hard everyday to improve and care for our client base. When it comes to our “practices” that is our fulfillment process. What we do everyday. And our receipt flows from attention to each client in a very “hands on way”. Growing our company from where it started 8 years ago has not been easy, but by keeping our clients front and center and being true to what we aspire to do (deliver results for each client in a way that is righteous) has been powerful.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d have to start with music. It is Georgia after all… I’d hope that some of my friends were performing with their bands so I could take them to a show. Either Matt & Orietta Russom playing with their band Water to Wine, Ross Childress playing with his group 2 Broke Kings, or Will Turpin playing with The Way or his mega group Collective Soul. Georgia is drenched in music history and I’d need to start with music for sure.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We have grown substantially in the auto repair category over the past few years and we owe much of that to Aaron Stokes, the founder and visionary behind Shop Fix Academy. Aaron and his team’s life work has been helping local mechanics and shop owners realize success in their business through coaching on great practices and policies. Aaron has been an angel on earth to Leads Near Me and we will never forget his early support.
