We had the good fortune of connecting with Rogenia Griffin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rogenia, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
The one thing about my industry that outsiders are probably unaware of is when restoring bad credit, there are several other positive opportunities included with their package that allows financial growth and freedom.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets RSG Wealth Consultants apart from others is we care about the protection and security of our clients. We are most proud of the services offered in The UCES Protection Plan that are designed to support your financial opportunities by implementing positive habits to create and maintain a strong financial future. Our unique collection of services have been carefully selected to provide protection and opportunity over the many aspects of your finances- all combined into one easy-to-use system. Your membership can help to ensure you and your family are safeguarding the assets that you’ve earned and those you have to come. I got where I am today business wise because I took a leap of faith and invested in myself, my family and my future by making better financial decisions and restoring my credit and score. It wasn’t easy but on the same note, it wasn’t hard. It’s a shift in your mind that needs to take place. My biggest challenge was not accounting for money I spent. Once I took accountability, it became easier to acknowledge what I needed vs. what I wanted. One very important lesson I learned along the way was – the people that you think will support your business won’t and the people that you think won’t support your business will. Never judge a book by it’s cover. One thing I want the world to know about me and my brand and story is that I come from where I am asking you to go. There is a difference between a good credit rating and bad credit rating. Which scenario would you rather be in: Good credit rating for homeownership – 3% interest rate and monthly payment of $700.00 or Poor credit rating at – 10% and a monthly payment of $1500.00. I think I know what most answers would be. It’s never too late to start fresh and establish the excellent credit we all need in this current market.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my mom, Geraldine Thompson aka “Nana”, my two wonderful daughters Alexis and Breanna and my handsome grandson Cameron. My mom was diagnosed with and overcame stomach cancer in 2016. Not only did 2020 bring on COVID-19, but cancer also reared it’s ugly head in my moms life. She has always maintained her faith in Christ and continues to inspire others while dealing with her own health issues. One thing that sticks in my heart is my mom constantly says how proud she is of me and I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. Consistency and dedication are the keys to my success. My girls Lexi & Bre are my inspiration to ensure that everything I invest in are to benefit that I leave a legacy for them and my handsome grandson Cameron.
