We had the good fortune of connecting with Rodolfo Delgado and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets me apart from others and something I am incredibly proud of is my unwavering commitment to honesty and transparency in the real estate industry. Replay Listings, the company I co-founded, is a testament to that dedication. By providing unedited videos of rental apartments, we’ve created a platform that empowers renters to make informed decisions while eliminating the frustrations that come with misleading advertisements. My journey to becoming the CEO of Replay Listings was anything but easy. I faced countless challenges, including limited resources and skepticism from others in the industry. However, my determination and belief in the importance of our mission kept me going, and eventually, our platform started gaining traction and resonating with users.

Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that perseverance and adaptability are crucial to success in any venture. Being open to feedback and constantly refining our product has helped us stay ahead in a highly competitive market. I want the world to know that Replay Listings is more than just a real estate platform; it is a reflection of our core values and our unwavering commitment to making the rental process as transparent, efficient, and user-friendly as possible. As we continue to grow, we will always prioritize our users’ needs and strive to maintain the highest level of integrity in the real estate industry.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting Manhattan for a week, I would create an itinerary that combines iconic sights, cultural experiences, and unique local spots to ensure they have the best time ever. Here are a few places and activities I’d totally recommend:

– Levain Bakery NYC has the best cookies. There may be a line to get one, but it’s totally worth it.

– Walk along the High Line, a beautiful elevated park, before grabbing a bite at Chelsea Market – TACOS n.1 is my favorite Mexican place in the city (and I’m Mexican)

– Go to Katz’s Delicatessen for their famous pastrami sandwich. Honestly, this is a great option after a night out of barhopping, etc.

– Spend the afternoon at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and end the day with a Broadway show. Hamilton is my ABSOLUTE favorite, but if you want something lite and easy, head for &Juliet, as they work with well-known 90’s songs, and you’ll leave there wanting to go dancing.

– Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. Enjoy pizza at Grimaldi’s or Juliana’s in DUMBO, and then stroll through the picturesque neighborhood. In the evening, take in the stunning skyline views from the Top of the Rock.

– Explore the trendy neighborhood of SoHo, with its unique boutiques and art galleries. Grab lunch at Prince Street (there are tons of restaurants), and later, visit the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). In the evening, unwind at a speakeasy-style bar like The Back Room.

– At night, experience a comedy show at the Comedy Cellar or a live music performance at Rockwood Music Hall. Jazz clubs and Comedy Clubs are a GREAT experience and very New-york.

– Weather permitting, have a picnic in Central Park’s Sheep Meadow. Finally, take a sunset cruise around Manhattan and celebrate the week with a memorable dinner at a rooftop restaurant like Gallow Green <- great rooftop

These activities offer a perfect blend of Manhattan’s iconic attractions, local gems, and exciting nightlife, ensuring an unforgettable experience for my best friend. 😉

But most importantly, LET ME KNOW if you liked them! My IG is @rodolfodelgadob and I often post great NYC gems.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In this special shoutout, I’d like to express my deepest admiration and respect for all the immigrants living in the United States who are striving each day to build a better life for themselves and their families. As the CEO and co-founder of Replay Listings, a proptech marketing platform, I understand the courage and tenacity it takes to dream big and turn that dream into reality. My journey began when I immigrated from Mexico at the age of 26, with nothing but a desire to succeed and the determination to make it happen. I see that same fire burning within the hearts of countless immigrants who have taken the brave step of leaving their homeland to create a brighter future.

Just as I found my way into the world of entrepreneurship, real estate, and tech, I believe that every immigrant has the potential to make a lasting impact on their community and beyond. Each one of them has a unique story filled with hardships, triumphs, and an unwavering pursuit of happiness. Their resilience in the face of adversity is truly inspiring and serves as a testament to the strength of the human spirit. I encourage everyone to appreciate the valuable contributions immigrants make to our society and to offer support and understanding whenever possible. By standing together, we can build a more inclusive and prosperous future for all. So, to all the immigrants in the United States, never give up on your dreams, and know that your journey is an inspiration to us all.
