We had the good fortune of connecting with Robyn Donaldson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Robyn, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
STEM Xposure Inc., the mission is clear! Exposing minority students to unrepresented STEM Careers, while assisting students on their academic journey. Since 2018 we have exposed 300 local students to architecture design, with a larger presence in Africa.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER, NCCER trade instructor. Robyn deems it a necessity to engage in philanthropic endeavors to bring forth positive impact. Her community involvement includes engaging in community real estate development while also providing students with experiential learning through STEM Xposure camps, events, and activities. Her philanthropic efforts also include YouthBuild, where she mentors and teaches the NCCER Curriculum, while instructing and empowering women to bring their talents to the construction industry.
Robyn created a Pipeline, consisting of educators, employers, trade schools, community colleges and universities to assist students achieve their academic goals and help groom students in unrepresented STEM careers to compete at the same or a superior level as their counterparts in classrooms and boardrooms across the nation and abroad. I’m proud of our GLOBAL PRESENCE. 8 students are in college pursuing STEM Careers.
