RJE is an event planning and management firm that provides the utmost professionalism in producing opportunities for our clients to engage, entertain and educate in any given event. We firmly believe that to reach your prospective audience or guests effectively and leave them with a lasting impression and overall memorable experience, careful thought and vibrant execution must be part of the equation. The monumental shift that we have just experienced  in how we comport ourselves in social settings (both professionally and personally) have most definitely created unforeseen challenges. We at RJE have embraced those challenges and adjustments full on and pivoted the business during and since the pandemic to oversee a seamless transition, and in doing so designed opportunities that were unheard of prior to this. My passion for this industry as well as improving upon it is a trait that I enjoy and gladly share with my clients who have embraced it wholeheartedly and willingly shared their positive experience with others. During these difficult times, I am most proud of how I steered through all the challenges that were presented to not only execute within the confines of a pandemic but to grow as well. Having my eyes opened in different ways as a result of successfully navigating through the pandemic, it has only increased my capacity to take event planning and management in directions that my creative and innovative side is happy to follow. Ultimately making everyone aware that at RJE adversity creates opportunities to enjoy.

I literally have a community of like-minded, encouraging people who have been my cheerleaders even when they didn’t realize they were with their actions and willingness to be my sounding board, shoulder and sometimes both, and for that I am extremely grateful. My parents have been strong and dedicated supporters of me, and also introduced me to the art of hosting and planning social events from my early childhood. Their events were always a highlight for me from the cuisine, interesting stories and discussions – the desire for the ultimate experience. My son has been my inspiration and one man cheering squad, whose interest, encouragement and pride has inspired me as much as I hope to inspire him to go after his goals. My husband has always seen the success and fulfillment in me often times before I had acknowledged it myself. He wouldn’t allow me to discount it and takes on increased responsibility and being present when I need to be away. When you have that  many crucial people in your life stepping up in that way it is a blessing and afforded me more opportunities for growth, learning and success.
