We had the good fortune of connecting with Prince Uzebu and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Prince, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The Royal Touch wasn’t born from a business plan. It was born from legacy, healing, and a moment in my own life where everything I thought I wanted was taken away.
Before I ever became an entrepreneur, I was an athlete. Football shaped me for years. When a career-ending injury stopped that path overnight, it forced me to slow down for the first time in my life. That setback became the doorway to something much bigger: understanding wellness, presence, and the kind of care that actually changes people.
During that time, I watched my mom, Allison Tolliver, work for more than two decades as a licensed massage therapist. I saw the sacrifices, the long hours, and how much heart she poured into every client she touched. She is one of the most skilled therapists in the industry, yet like so many professionals in wellness, she was undervalued, underpaid, and overlooked. Her gift was treated as a service instead of a calling.
Seeing that as her son opened my eyes.
I realized two things. First, massage therapy is not just muscle work. It is nervous system regulation. It is energy realignment. It is medicine for a world that is constantly overwhelmed. And second, the industry did not reflect the level of respect, intention, or personalization that true healing requires.
So I created The Royal Touch.
My thought process was simple. If healing is sacred, it should be treated like it. If someone invites a therapist into their home, they deserve a personalized experience that honors their mind, body, and goals. And if a therapist dedicates their life to this craft, they deserve to be valued as a healer, not as an assistant.
The Royal Touch was built to restore reverence to the art of massage. Every session is intentionally matched, never assigned at random. Every detail is tailored. We combine luxury with presence, pairing each client with the therapist who aligns with their goals, whether that is recovery, performance, deep relaxation, or mobility for seniors.
This brand carries my family’s story, my athletic journey, and my belief that true power lies in the ability to heal and serve. We created something that honors both sides: the client who receives and the therapist who gives.
For me, starting this business was about more than entrepreneurship. It was about building a sanctuary where wellness is elevated, therapists are respected, and healing feels like royalty.
That is the mission behind The Royal Touch.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Royal Touch is a luxury mobile wellness brand created to redefine how people experience healing. We deliver personalized massage services across Atlanta, but our mission goes far beyond convenience. We believe wellness should feel intentional, individualized, and rooted in presence. Every session is curated. Every connection is purposeful. And every therapist on our team is valued as a healer, not treated as a number in a system.
What sets us apart is our commitment to personalization. Clients are never assigned a therapist at random. We take the time to listen, understand their goals, and match them with a therapist whose strengths align with their needs. From high performance athletes and first responders to seniors and wellness-focused professionals, every session is tailored with care.
The story behind our brand is deeply personal. The Royal Touch was inspired by my mother, Allison Tolliver, a licensed massage therapist with over twenty years of dedicated experience. She has worked with first round NFL draft picks, Grammy Award winning artists, and people from every walk of life who simply needed to feel whole again. Watching her work opened my eyes to how powerful healing can be, but also how undervalued many therapists are in this industry. That realization shaped the foundation of our company.
Building this business was not easy. Starting a brand where healing comes first in a world that often prioritizes speed and volume required patience, discipline, and a commitment to doing things differently. There were challenges, especially creating a model where therapists earn premium rates, feel respected, and are given the space to thrive. But staying true to our mission has always kept me grounded.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that wellness brands grow through trust, not shortcuts. People can feel when a business is built with intention. They can also feel when it’s built from love and legacy. The Royal Touch is both.
What I want the world to know about our brand is simple. This is more than massage. This is a redefinition of what luxury healing looks like. It is a movement centered on presence, personalization, and excellence. And it is the beginning of a new era in mobile wellness where both the client and the therapist are honored equally.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Atlanta has a little bit of everything, so if a friend came to visit for a week, I’d show them both the culture and the calm sides of the city.
We’d start with breakfast at Le Petit Marche or Atlanta Breakfast Club, because nothing sets the tone like good food and good energy. From there, we’d explore Ponce City Market and walk the Atlanta BeltLine, which is one of my favorite places to unwind, people-watch, and enjoy the outdoors. If they love art and history, the High Museum and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights are a must.
For nature and peace, I’d take them to Piedmont Park or Stone Mountain for a sunset view. Atlanta has a beautiful blend of green spaces that people don’t expect from a big city.
When it comes to nightlife and good vibes, Buckhead and Midtown always deliver. A nice dinner at STK, Nobu, or Two Urban Licks never misses. And if they want something more laid-back, we’d do hookah or chill lounges around the city since Atlanta has no shortage of spots to relax and connect.
And of course, if they really wanted the full experience, I’d arrange a session with one of our therapists at The Royal Touch so they could see how we bring luxury wellness directly to the people of Atlanta. This city moves fast, so a personalized session is the perfect way to slow down and appreciate everything Atlanta has to offer.
Atlanta is a mix of culture, food, music, nature, and hustle. If you know where to go, you can experience a new side of the city every day.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to my mother, Allison Tolliver, the inspiration behind The Royal Touch and the lead therapist who has shaped everything this brand represents.
Before The Royal Touch was ever a business, it was her hands, her heart, and her example that taught me what real healing looks like. For over twenty years, she has served people with compassion, precision, and a spiritual presence that makes every client feel cared for in a way that goes far beyond technique. Her work has taken her into rooms with first round NFL draft picks, Grammy Award winning artists, high performance athletes, and everyday people who simply needed to feel whole again. No matter who she serves, she shows up with the same grace, mastery, and intention.
Having her lead our therapists is not just meaningful because she is my mother. It is meaningful because of the respect she has earned across Georgia and the standard she sets in this industry. Her presence gives our therapists a sense of safety, mentorship, and trust. They know they are learning from someone who has been on the frontlines of wellness for decades. They feel comfortable asking questions, being honest, and growing into their full potential, because they are being guided by the very inspiration of this brand.
The Royal Touch exists because she showed me that healing is sacred and that massage is not a service. It is an art, a relationship, and a calling. Everything I build today carries the legacy she started, and I am grateful to lead a company where her influence shapes every therapist, every client, and every session.
This shoutout belongs to her. My mother is the foundation, the standard, and the reason The Royal Touch feels like royalty.
