Hi PomPon, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
As interaction design graduate students at Georgia Tech, we chose a creative career because it allows us to express emotions and ideas through visual storytelling. As designers, we’re always thinking about the relationship between people and objects—and floral design is, in many ways, an interaction between people and nature. Combining the two isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about designing an experience. Flowers aren’t just static decorations; they’re a dynamic medium for emotional expression. We bring an interaction design mindset into our floral work, creating arrangements that tell a story and invite engagement, allowing people to feel emotions, atmosphere, and meaning through their connection with flowers. This cross-disciplinary approach makes our work more than just something to look at—it becomes an immersive experience. And at the heart of it all, we want to bring our customers unexpected beauty in life.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our floral design business is dedicated to creating meaningful, interactive experiences with flowers. What sets us apart is our unique fusion of interaction design and floral artistry, allowing us to craft arrangements that go beyond aesthetics. Drawing from our design expertise, we reimagine traditional floral arrangements by integrating movement, interaction, and storytelling, transforming each piece into a one-of-a-kind experience. Every creation is designed with intention, focusing on how people emotionally and sensorially connect with flowers, making each arrangement not just something to admire, but something to experience.

Getting to where we are today hasn’t been easy. Like any creative business, there were challenges—finding our unique voice in the industry, learning the business side of things, and building a brand that truly represents our vision. One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that authenticity and innovation matter. From the very beginning, we spent time studying top floral brands and designers on platforms like Instagram and Xiaohongshu, learning from their techniques and aesthetics. At first, we mimicked and experimented; later, we invested in classes, networking, and exploring different styles to develop our own artistic voice. We’ve focused on creating something new—pushing boundaries and experimenting with different forms, materials, and interactive elements.

Establishing a brand identity is one of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of running a business. From our name, logo, and typography to business cards, ribbons, and photography style—every element was carefully designed to reflect our artistic vision. But branding isn’t just about visuals; it’s about how people experience our work. Thoughtful service, attention to detail, and beautifully curated products don’t just attract customers—they inspire action and long-term loyalty.

Through it all, we’ve learned to trust our instincts, embrace failures as part of the process, and stay true to our creative vision. Our journey has been a mix of passion, persistence, and a willingness to take risks. What we want the world to know about our brand is that we’re here to redefine floral design—not just as decoration, but as an experience that can inspire, surprise, and deeply connect with people. At the core of our work is a desire to bring unexpected beauty into everyday life, turning fleeting moments into lasting memories.
