We had the good fortune of connecting with Pirooz Jallali and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pirooz, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
My faith is my foundation. I would not be where I am today without my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Whenever I face doubt, uncertainty, or stress, God pulls me through. Last year, when I felt like this chapter might be closing and I needed to consider a different career path, I was shown that I am exactly where I need to be.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My journey began in my uncle’s restaurant, where he mentored me, instilling in me everything I know. I learned client communication, professional presentation, and conflict resolution from him. The cocktails I craft today are a direct result of his guidance and expertise. I want the world to know that our brand is more than just bartenders; we are committed to exceeding expectations. We handle everything at the bar, so our clients can relax and celebrate. Our mantra, “sip, savor, celebrate,” isn’t just words; it’s our promise.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend is in town, Korean BBQ is a must! Ari Korean BBQ in Johns Creek is one of my favorites; their Wagyu options are amazing, and their drinks are spectacular. My friends are pretty laid-back, so you’ll usually find us either at someone’s house or playing games on Discord.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family deserves a shoutout! I wouldn’t be where I am today without their unwavering support, mentorship, love, and encouragement. My sister has been a constant resource, working with me whenever I need her, and especially invaluable during the early days. My father always helped with pickups and deliveries, and my mom provided invaluable assistance with purchasing. Now, my brother-in-law and girlfriend jump in to help whenever needed – I even call my brother-in-law my “trap manager”!

I also wouldn’t be here without the help and support of my team. I have a group of people I can rely on, and they have helped me throughout this journey, so they deserve a shoutout too!
