We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicole Malone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicole, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?

My end goal is to know that I made a difference in someone else’s life. My success and greatness are not to be measured by works, but my obedience to Christ in spreading love, and helping others by providing them opportunities to also pursue their dreams and aspirations. Lastly, I would like for the work I do to continue to replicate itself far pass my existence.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a fitness trainer. I train clients virtually and in person on their health and nutritional goals. I also work in the community with the youth in fitness and have volunteered as a fitness instructor for women in sex trafficking.

I feel what sets me apart is I’m very passionate about holistic health and believing that the body has the capability to heal itself just by eliminating stress, poor diet and inactivity. I don’t believe age has anything to do with what we are capable of doing. I think society makes us feel at a certain age we should just give up, but in reality, as we get older, we should go harder in our nutrition and fitness goals. Our bodies are like anything else; if you neglect it of course it will break down. What we put in our minds, our bodies, and most importantly our spirits will determine our quality of life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my friend was in town, we would go to my favorite restaurant in Midtown Nakato’s hibachi Japanese restaurant it’s a family tradition, then we would go to Atlantic Station and just hang out and maybe catch a show. The next day we would go to Stone Mountain to jog and hike up the mountain, then grab a smoothie at “Smoothie King.” Finally we would definitely have to catch a spoken word event, and end the trip at church being revived and replenished by the Word of Jesus Christ.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout my daughters for always supporting me in everything I do and my church and my pastor for keeping me full spiritually with the word of God. Thanks to Jesus for the strength, he gives me daily and his love and faithfulness to me.
