We had the good fortune of connecting with Nichole “Nicci” Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nichole “Nicci”, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
I grew up being the only female child and grandchild. My mom is the only female child therefore I grew up without any aunts until my uncle was married. Now I am married to a man who has all brothers, meaning no sister-in-laws for me. My husband and I are a blended family consisting of us having all sons. Ladies Live Out Loud was birthed out of my desire to enjoy life with “sisters”. Ladies Live Out Loud started out as a group of ladies dining out and going to events, and expanded to hosting its own workshops, conferences, adult proms, and events. Just like having “sisters” or besties” that support, empower, encourage, motivate, and inspire each other. Ladies Live Out Loud offers one-on-one and group coaching to empower women to live in their purpose, live their best life, and ultimately live out loud.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I received my undergraduate degree in Community Health from Temple University, and a Master’s in Leadership & Management from Western Governors University. I am a Certified Personal Development Coach, and founder of Ladies Live Out Loud, and also the Live Life Out Loud Coaching Program. As founder and CEO, I am truly walking in my purpose in life, by empowering and encouraging women to live out loud, recognize their potential, and become who they are destined to be. I am also an author of two books – Live Life Out Loud Strategic Life Plan and Lady, Live Out Loud. My personal belief and motto is “Life is a Gift, Live It! Live Out Loud!”. I firmly believe in living your life, using your God-given gifts, and celebrating life while you have breath in your body. That is why I host an event called “Glow-Getter” for individuals, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and side-hustlepreneurs, to spotlight and showcase their business, products, services, and accomplishments. The goal is to support personal and business endeavors, celebrate success, networking for businesses/entrepreneurs. The lessens I learned along the way is that I needed to move ideas and situations from my head-to my heart-to my hands. What I mean by that is I had attended of an overabundance of trainings, courses, workshops (knowledge in my head). I definitely have the passion and heart to serve (service in my heart). However, I would be slow to execute on the action I needed to take (get it to my hands). My moment of clarity and revelation, was “I am here to change lives. if I don’t execute, I am not changing lives”.
