We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicholas Chambers and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicholas, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I was born in Tupelo, Mississippi, raised in the Middle Georgia area and Baltimore County, Maryland. After graduating high school, I made my way back to Georgia and graduated from Valdosta State University. Then started my journey working in the healthcare field here in Atlanta and pursuing my dreams of being the mogul I am meant to be. Having the opportunity to live in these different areas has definitely given me the skill of adaptability. My christian upbringing has given me the faith the size of a mustard seed.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a very well rounded individual. I have many talents and many ideas that I believe the world needs to witness and experience. I am most proud of my work as the host of my new talk show, The Reality Read Cap. I am a reality television connoisseur and this show gives me the opportunity to give my personal opinions of the production and the cast of the hottest reality tv shows today. I am also proud of my previous work as a model back in college where I was apart of a modeling troupe where we did both runway and print modeling. It has not been easy but this year I want to challenge myself to be more consistent to bring the success I know the show deserves. Having a “9-5” can definitely get in the way sometimes of pursuing your dreams but a lot of times it helps fund some entrepreneurs and creatives dreams. My hope is to one day be able to produce scripted and unscripted tv shows and movies then make my own debut on screen. As well as model for the biggest brands because I have such a love for fashion.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For nightlife, most likely we are going to hit up CRU. But before we do that we’re going to have a nice dinner at Pappadeaux’s. If we just wanted to pick up some good food and not dine in, we’re going straight to JJ’s Fish and Chicken. For shopping we are going to Cumberland Mall but Lenox if we know what we’re looking for. I would love for us to do some interactive fun activities like sipping on champagne while making our own products at The Skintimacy Bar, Six Flags, Aquarium after dark, and Puttshack.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First giving honor to God who is the head of my life, if it had not been for him on my side i don’t know where I would be on today. I would also like to dedicate my shoutout to Jarvis Blake. He has been nothing but a friend, mentor and great business consultant/partner who has helped me receive this opportunity with Shoutout Atlanta today.
