We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalie Harden and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalie, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
After discovering sea moss and all it’s health benefits, I began perfecting my sea moss gel recipe and consistently taking it myself. Eventually, I began getting family members to take it a well. I first got the idea to create flavored sea moss gel during this time because a few family members weren’t too fond of the gel plain. I figured if I can make it more enjoyable and tasty, it would be easier for others to consistently take without always having to mix it in with smoothie or other food/drink. When the pandemic started in early March 2020, I knew I needed to make my sea moss gel accessible to more people. NNH Wellness was created to do exactly that!


Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
NNH Wellness is owned and operated by a mother-daughter duo, Natalie and Sidney. Natalie has over 25 years experience in the health and fitness field and has always focused on making wellness a priority. After discovering the amazing benefits sea moss had to offer, she knew she had to share it with others! With the help of her daughter Sidney, NNH Wellness was born. We have worked to create the perfect sea moss gel- one that is so smooth and tasty, you actually want to take it every day! We hope by helping you easily incorporate sea moss into your daily routine, you too can make your wellness a priority!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

I have 2 people I would like to Shout-out! The 1st being my daughter, Sidney, who has been a major part of the success of NNH Wellness. She handles all the marketing and behind the scenes business operations. Without her continuous support and encouragement, NNH Wellness wouldn’t be where it is today.

Secondly, is my EFFECT Fitness family! They have been been constant supporters and have been a great help to get our brand out to the community!
