We had the good fortune of connecting with Myesha Banks and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Myesha, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
My name is Myesha Banks founder and CEO of Time to be Established inc. My business is an empowerment organizational and coaching service. The habits that have helped me succeed are a focus on continuous learning, setting clear purpose-driven goals, and building strong, authentic relationships. I also prioritize resilience in the face of challenges and maintain a healthy balance between work and self-care. These habits have not only supported my personal growth but also helped me create an empowering environment for others. I make it a point to never stop learning—whether that’s through reading, seeking mentorship, or learning from others’ experiences. Staying open to new ideas and evolving with the times is crucial in an empowerment-focused organization, where change is constant, and the needs of the community shift. One of the most important habits for success is setting both short-term and long-term goals that are aligned with the larger vision. For me, this means not just focusing on financial goals but on creating tangible impact for the people we aim to empower. These goals serve as a guide and keep me motivated through challenges. Success is never achieved in isolation. I prioritize building authentic, trust-based relationships with my team, clients, and community members. Empowerment is about lifting others up, and that’s only possible when there’s a foundation of mutual support and understanding. No journey to success is without setbacks. The ability to stay resilient, bounce back from failure, and view challenges as opportunities for growth has been vital. Empowerment is also about teaching others to persevere and thrive, and this mindset starts with leading by example. Finally, maintaining a healthy balance in life—physically, emotionally, and mentally—is key. Success isn’t just about achieving external milestones; it’s about being aligned internally and modeling well-being for those we aim to inspire.
