We had the good fortune of connecting with Michelle Sheffield and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Michelle, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
To leave Chicago and move to Atlanta. All I knew was Chicago it was my home. I raised all my children there and to leave family and friends was a difficult decision. I am now glad that I did. It actually saves my life. I saw no growth or even had a dream. I really believe God puts you where He wants you.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is a Mirror Photo Booth, it’s an interactive experience for all events. What makes me unique is my personal touch. I give my clients more of what they expect. I always make them feel like they are the most important people in the world. I thrive on being the best at what I do.

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
I definitely would take to the time to visit the Civil Rights Center. I think we sometime forget why we are here today and why we are able to do the business we do. Also, there is a place call Fort Yargo it’s a little spot that has a small beach and load of fun activities. One of my favorite place is Tallalogo Falls the view is amazing. I love nature and most of my friends know that about me.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
So many people, starting with Jai who was my business partner when I first started my business. She was the financial blessing I needed and she gave me complete control over my vision. The Mirror Booth Club they provide me with amazing support to keep with in the game. Helping me to build my business. Beverly Gibson who saw enough in me to take me on a journey to finding my vision and putting it to the test. The county of Gwinnett who recognized me as the Among The Best in Gwinnett
