We had the good fortune of connecting with Michael Deleaver and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Michael, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process was more so I was at the end point with working a 9 to 5 job I left college and was just not feeling it so I was like well I can start back doing hair or selling platter because I went to cooking school , but I fell in love more with hair then I quit my job and stepped out on faith and prayed and was doing hair full time, traveling to New York , LA , ATL now I’m a celebrity hairstylist.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I would like to say workin with my Celberity client is the most amazing thing in my life, I never thought that I would get to a chance to work with the people I did , I will definitely say it’s really hard because you be sitting back thinking like dam I want that to be one day doing somebody hair on a show or a movie or anything I will definitely say that was a definite Challenge you work so hard and sometimes you still don’t get recognized by certain people that you wanna work with in the industry, you definitely have the haters along the way but you can’t let nobody get in the way of how you make your money just do what you gotta do and get the job done never tell anybody your next move sometime that will mess up I did it a couple times all excited like I’m getting flown out somewhere for a job and tell my friends and get turned done so definitely keep your blessing to yourself until you over come them , I am a happy respectful person everybody loves me they say my vibe is everything I’m just a peoples person a lot of people tell me ima get so far because of your energy and your a peoples person my brand is also called MikeADel I sell edge control called smooth edges I just wanna say never give up on your dreams turn them into reality if I can do it you can do it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots I like to eat at is long horn if I want Mexican food I would say Azteca love there food and drinks are amazing and I love hookah spots I would go out to , vango, blue martini, noto , club roar there all amazing

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I wanna thank all my clients because honestly if it wasint for them I wouldn’t be wear I am today so many support and even look up to me which is so amazing, I also want to shoutout my Celberity clients i won’t be west I am today as well or I should say as far as I am with working on set doing video shoot photo shoots big events that happens Behind the sene on a lot of project it’s really amazing and dope and I thank god for that as well such a blessing.
