We had the good fortune of connecting with Mia Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mia, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?

Within this new era that I’m living in now holds dominate weight on whether we stand for something or fall for anything! I have chosen to stand for the promises of Kingdom Agendas that gains me positive position and results to become even better for all paths I may cross.

My way of thinking will not work for this generation because I’m a 80’s baby! Whew …. Times are real! I decided to publish all my life journaling that consist of over 10+ years of writing. “Be True 2 You ~ A Spiritual Awakening” journal books Vol 1&2 are for all who desire a real relationship with Christ to become a better individual! The dream became a reality when I saw the 1st book being published about my very life experiences (True Entries)!

I declare that I will keep my stance in doing what is best for me and my happiness! Be true to you is what I remind myself every morning before I do anything besides prayer first thing!

Those whom truly know me know that without a doubt I’ve NEVER been a quitter! I’ll take a pause never quit. until I gain the ultimate results desired within all areas of my life moving forward! At the end of my journey I want those whom I’ve crossed paths with to say; Mia D. Williams always stayed true to herself and kept it all the way real!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

I’m a Customer Service Dispatcher for a non emergency transportation company called “Drive of Faith” located in Monroe,NC.

I’m also a traveling Pastor/ Prophet/ Author and the Ministry the Lord endowed within me is called: “Inspirational Impact Ministries” based out of Matthews, NC!

What I have learned and are still yet acquiring have not nor will ever be what we deem in reality as easy. All things/decisions come with a price either way we choose to view it.

All we have in life is The One who created us and ourselves at the end of it all! For these reasons this is why “Be True 2 You – A Spiritual Awakening Vol. 1&2 are speaking to an audience of individuals who desire more from life than the mediocre way of living! If the Lord did it for me, He will surely do it for you. We must believe upon Him not ourselves!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Day 1 pick up friend at the airport, visit family, Mint Museum downtown Charlotte have a relaxing home cooked meal to unwind from the travels. Open time just because. Day 2 Breakfast at the house, get lunch at a family owned brunch bar in charlotte, NC, later that evening casual dress for lite dinner at local pizza parlor.
Day 3 kindof a lite walking day for exercise to get the blood pumping at the local park or gym. Would have plenty of hydration on deck as well.
Day 4 Eat breakfast at Cracker Barrel or First Watch restaurant. Catch an action movie, dinner would be whatever my friend wanted.
Day 5 both my friend & I would just lounge around catch up on new life endeavors or goals that are in the near future, strategy plans and financial goals in how to aide each other in achieving them successfully with a genuine love and care!
Day 6 would consist of let’s just see where the day takes us. No fears or regrets. Just to remain cautiously aware of our surroundings. Come back home and chill with burgers and salads!
Day 7 it’s time to prep for my friend to leave. We make our way to IHOP near the house for quick breakfast then head to airport for friend’s departure until next time.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to My Creator, Mother (LeBrenda Robinson) Jerry Robinson, Jr. & my Spiritual Mother (Jenn Cureton) Michael Cureton and I can’t forget exquisiteness of Me! These powerful women have been my driving force in all efforts to keep going; to lay aside every weight daily.(Hebrews 12:1) My Creator has truly shown me that He (The Lord) is truly the author and finisher of my existence! All of the encouragement, corrections, sacrifices, goes along way concerning the success of who I’m becoming this very moment in time! Life experiences have genuinely taught me to enjoy each moment in which I may find myself regardless of the intense indifferences! So, I’m grateful for all the tiny or huge things that make this queen stronger which are to remind me to always BE TRUE 2 YOU!
