Hi Martine, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Mea Essentials, LLC., embraces self-care and celebrations. I started this business at the beginning of law school to help other students that look like me understand the journey and what it may require. I wanted to provide a different outlook on the experience, providing insight into my mental health. My business sells essential items I use daily to get through life and law school. The point of Mea Essentials is to help pre-law students decide on whether or not they would like to start the transition to law school. Getting to law school is expensive. Mea Essentials, LLC., provides scholarships to students year-round, covering the cost of the law school exam test and supplies.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets my business apart from others is that it’s not just a business. It does not depend on the profit for success. It is a tool to educate, uplift, and celebrate others. I like to think that my business is an extension of me. I am reminding students that it is okay to be you and never to lose sight of it. My business is a way for me to explore the world most healthily- while helping others.
