We had the good fortune of connecting with Marnesha Moss and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marnesha, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my own business is showing my daughter you have to work in order to live the lifestyle you want. Also teaching her you don’t have to work for anybody else to do so. I was trying to start a legacy, where she can have something to fall back on.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I believe I made it this far with GOD and I’m going to keep on making it LONG AS I KEEP HIM FIRST. I think what set me apart from others my customer service skills , my smile , my product, and most of all my prices. Nothing is ever easy but nobody said it would be easy . Without error and problems how can you learn to be the best successful Boss. We as business owners have to learn from our mistakes in order to build a better brand . Praying and learning from others help me overcame any challenges I had.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
It’s so many great places so it makes it sooo hard to decide. First stop would be Texas Roadhouse and it’s a win because you have the drinks and the food . Some times I like to be a kid again so Dave and busters would be on the list. Next day I would go on a trip to the bowling alley just for some more fun. I can’t forget Urban smoke and grille . The food , drinks, and music is to die for. While we are on that side of town I would stop by Wings Heaven. Best wings around !

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The person I think deserves a recognition is my daughter Symone’, because she gives me the motivation I need. She motivated me to want to become an entrepreneur. I want to be able to create my own schedule so I don’t miss the important things in life(picking her up from school, games , helping her with homework , and so much more.)
