Hi Malisa, how do you think about risk?
Taking risks is scary but crucial to obtaining the greatest opportunities and taking advantage of them! For myself, I had to consider the risks that came with this pathway because I was a student in college at the time of joining the Queen Tea leadership team and the opportunities to learn new skills and make important life decisions have only tripled since! Taking risks, especially when young is intimidating however, allowing that fear to stop you for chasing after new opportunities will only keep you in the same patterns in life!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As of now, we’ve successfully opened 5 locations both within our US borders and out! Our goal is to bring our authenticity and taste to many seeking the comfort of traditionally made teas and soothing aromas. There’s been countless challenges throughout the process but allowing those challenges to be the end of the world is how you lose direction for whats the end goal! Being driven towards the end product and fixing the quirks to your plan along the way will lead you to success!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We’re based in metro Atlanta/Atlanta Georgia area so for starters you’d most definitely have to grab a nice breakfast meal at the numerous restaurants that the city has to offer. The endless cuisines that scatter across the area are the reasons why we look forward to expanding and giving everyone a taste of Queen Tea! What better way to top a tasty meal than with a sweet treat of boba!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
In my journey with this company, I can only give credit to the owner herself, Joleen Dai as well as the staff members who have worked extra hard to get our company as far as it is! Team effort is vital to successfully reach big goals! And we could never have reached these goals without the help of each other.
