We had the good fortune of connecting with Maeghan Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Maeghan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I absolutely love this question! If I had to summit up into three words I would say God, authenticity and consistency. What I love about the God I serve is that He will always put me where I need to be right when I need to be there.

No matter what I’ve gone through, no matter what business I’ve been working on and in, no matter what phase or season of life I may be in, staying true to who I truly am has always been my happy place. Authenticity is key and I feel it’s truly been what’s organically been able to grow my brand.

What you see is truly what you get with me and not only staying authentic to myself but also honest and OK with showing the journey has truly allowed me to create a this very unique and successful brand that ultimately opened the doors for me to not only take entrepreneurship by the horns but tap into multiple streams of income.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Ohhhhhh which business should we talk about first? I’m gonna go with the most recent business that truly has me feeling like a first time entrepreneur again. I’m on fire about it. I get excited to wake up in the morning for it! I even stay up late at night working on it. I haven’t felt like this in a long time and it truly feels amazing!

I strongly believe it’s because I’ve been able to infuse all the different things I’ve done within my businesses into one.

TMC has won my heart. Better known as The Maximize Crew. It’s a place where creators and entrepreneurs (aspiring ones too) maximize. I truly believe what sets me apart from others is my passion to be involved in truly seeing my members aka clients maximize.

Not to mention this business is infused with several other businesses that allow my clients to get me at my very best. From real estate experience to systems and socials coaching experience to communication experience and so much more. I’ve taken my favorite parts of my various businesses and created an amazing pot of goodness to share with The Crew.

I am most proud of simply starting. Starting what God placed in my heart and my mind. I’m most excited to see our small but mighty community grow alongside seeing our members maximize in various ways within their content and their businesses.

Step by step is how I got to where I am today. By pivoting. Leaning into trial and error and not being afraid to give things a go. From my consulting company to my real estate business to my coaching company to my content creation business to now being 10 toes down into TMC and our multi-purpose commercial space Maximize HQ. A space for our members and the community to cowork, host events, spark creative ideas, implement them and so much more.

Was it easy? Can pigs fly? NO lol. Nothing worth having comes easy. Nothing you do for the first time or even the 50th time comes easy. But enjoying the journey along the way makes it so enjoyable. Seeing where I started to where I am now is so rewarding. Seeing how my God given gift has impacted others, is TOP TIER! I’m like, come on Lord. I’m ready for whatever. Call me the passenger princess in God’s whip OKAYYY!!!

I feel that I best overcame challenges by simply continuing on. Roadblock? Continue on. Success? Continue on. You have to keep slowly but surely moving forward no matter what.

I think that also ties into my biggest lesson. You have got to give things a try. Don’t sit and think what if, act and think, what next?

I want the world to know that I am just an ordinary girl doing extraordinary things through my God given gifts and that we all have unique God given gifts that can take us exactly where we envision and beyond.

I feel like that’s why I love TMC so much. I’m able to walk in my purpose, create a unique lane of my own all while encouraging others to maximize what God has already equipped them with. TMC is a space where I can truly immerse myself into helping others find their happy space and bask it in confidently!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Ohhh I’m simple and love quality time. I also love a good adrenaline rush. Recently I’ve visited SCG’s Chicken and Seafood and was blown away. We’d def have to hit First Watch for brunch and Capers for lunch or dinner.

For some let your hair down fun vibes I’d say we’d hit The Splatter Studio, Activate, The Battery, Mics and maybe even The Espace Room.

I also love a good trip to Target so that would be a must with a quick light bite from Chick-fil-a!

If the kiddos are with us we have to hit the Splash Pad at Thurman Springs Park, of course Maximize HQ and Wiggle Giggle. Can’t forget Barnes and Nobles for story time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to dedicate my success and where I am today to God first, my family second and every single person I’ve come into contact with third whether it’s been a friend, a business partner, a client, an associate or an IG Bestie!

Each and every experience I’ve had with anyone I’ve crossed paths with has shaped me and molded me into who I am today which ultimately has had a huge impact on me as a person and my businesses.
